I agree with you. In Canada this house would be a townhouse because both their walls are completely joined by the other house, not leaving any space for privacy… for a townhouse this price is ridiculous, especially given the state of affairs right now in that country. Pk is the only country which for some reason property prices only go up, no matter the economy crisis.

In my opinion, it is an overrated location. Price is too high that to be unfurnished. Unjustified price. I would never like to waste my money.

@smokeyeyes9351 All CDA sectors are really in very bad shape. No maintenance. Moreover, D12 property is overpriced due to location near the mountains.
