meteor 350 is not made for city conditions at all, it will feel a bit uncomfortable, you will feel its suspension is stiff, yagt feel bumps while driving on bad roads, this bike is very good you will enjoy a lot while driving on highway.

jawa 350 will give you a very exciting feeling and will offer accelerating experience but in this you will not get the service quality and yagt take risk coz of the part quality issue and long term issue, usually jawa owners face this coz their dealership network is not as big. you should check once that the service centers near your house is good or not.

if you are looking for a city bike which feels extremely sporty, duke 390 is the bike that you should go for. the character of duke 390 is something that no other bike can match it. it feels very aggressive, sporty but at the same time it feels very manageable, in terms of comfort, looks are very good, it is not refined, but it feels wild, wild means if you feel like this at the time of riding then you dont want to ride the bike slow, engine gives you so much power, this is not a refined and smooth experience. its going to be a crazy wild experience riding this bike. duke 250 is the only bike felt that it is a little refined and toned down. duke 390 feels wild. youngsters like it a lot coz they are in that age gap that its ok to drive away, and if they feel like doing it, then the feeling that duke 390 gives you aligns them properly. thats why youngsters buy it. i would definitely suggest you go for it, it is a very good motorcycle.
ktm it feels very aggressive, feels much better on road, which has touring ability, so much better, but suspension is stiffer, it feels a little uncomfortable to ride, is a better bike if you are going to do more of touring. ktm has long history in adventure bikes. in india that bike cant compete with Himalayan in terms of off road manners. on road ktm is a better bike. ktm looks very sharp. it feels more modern. handling is much better.

rtr 160 4v is really one of the smoothest apaches that you can buy, it has light controls, sporty ride, when i include all these things, fz v4 is clearly a winner, if you want comfort, just for commuting and comfort is what matters to you most, when riding on bad roads, you want that soft comfortable position, this is where apache would do a better job, you will have to break down your requirements and from there you have to take a decision, both bikes are great, for comfort is what you are looking for, apache is the one that you should go for.

it is very feels more strain compared to duke 250, duke 250 feels more relaxed and I know not many people will be able to relate to this, considering the power figures and segment, take my word for it, if you ride these two motorcycles back to back, you will feel that duke 200 feels a bit controlled, duke 250 feels relaxed and smooth, you will enjoy revving the duke 200 coz of way it builds power, it feels very good, you will also feel a little vibration with it, the riding experience is very different. mileage depends on your riding style, duke 200 is a short stroke high compression ratio motorcycle, great performance, lower down it has a very strong mid range and it offers good top end as well, when power is spread like this across all rpm bands then dont expect mileage from this motorcycle, the way it revs, the way it produces power delivery, you will not think a lot about mileage, but its definitely not for those who care about mileage, but if you drive it comfortably the maximum that you can get in city conditions is above 27 28 30 in normal traffic, if you drive on highways, you will drive comfortably, if you cruise at 6th gear maybe you can expect somewhere close to 35 38. you cannot expect somewhere close to 40 45 in this bike.

400x could be a lot more comfortable, it still feels very compact, suspension is very stiff, I would probably choose speed 400 and save some money.
