There are no rules to makeup. Joyce is actually getting multiple uses from her cosmetics and maximizing use. JLOs makeup artist said he used bronzer for eyeshadow and lips on a shoot and that many items on the market are redundant. Also mua’s often set cream shadows with powder shadows of the same color...it’s not a stretch to use gloss or lipstick instead of a cream shadow, and if you must use tape to wing your eye, it will pull the skin less if you put the tape over moist foundation. 🤷🏽♀️
I also use mascara for my eyebrows. When you have jet black eyebrows the perfect colour will be using a jet black coloured mascara. It works out fine for me and you need to be careful when you apply it though.

My makeup routine: 1: Lotion 2: Primer spray 3: Concealer for eyes, cheeks, chin and forehead 4: BB Cream 5: Setting spray 6: Lay my edges then wrap my hair up to let my edges get tight on my head. 7: Eyeliner (usually winged) 8: Mascara (for eyes) 9: Brows (just enough to fill back in what was lost during applying BB Cream and to maintain that natural beauty) 10: unwrap head scarf to reveal perfectly slayed edges and be on my merry way

I put mascara on my eyebrows, but I use it more as like a setting gel. I use a brow gel and then the mascara just bc regular brow gel/wax won’t work for me. My eyebrow hair won’t stay up in place and bc the hairs move down it changes the shape of one of my eyebrows.
