  • In this video I'm #whispering while I'm brushing a computer keyboard. While brushing, I discuss some of the keys on the keyboard, where I got the keyboard, plus I add some Dutch words and phrases as well. This is an #asmr video, so the purpose is for relaxation. Brought to you by the ‪@hisaustralianvoice‬ channel.

    The way you’ve chosen to go about making your videos is what has kept me on this channel, Steve! Doesn’t really matter which content of yours is most “popular”, I’m watching every video. Thanks for sticking with what got you to this point and not going crazy trying a million different ideas.

    I have a request for a video, I just turned 25 years old and you being a man that has already been there do you have any advice for young men entering into adulthood? maybe talk getting over girls and how to manage different things life throws at us men, I know you are not a "professional" but I would love to hear your " Dad wisdom" Thank you Steve!

      To add on to that, maybe mottos to live by (obviously subjective), but I like to hear sayings that mean well. The world needs more positivity and peace.

    Just wanted to pop in and say that I've been watching for a while, and I love your content and appreciate your dedication. I just recently saw that you branched out from the main channel into separate ones for specific triggers, which in my opinion I am a fan of! I might visit this channel the most though since pure whispering is my favorite trigger, so the thought is very much appreciated. Hopefully it works for you as well scheduling-wise, and if you ever need a break due to the increased workload make sure to take it. Also perhaps having more content out there from different sources will increase the likelihood of hitting the algorithm more and reaching new audiences. Anyway, that's just my two cents. Keep up the great work!

    Wonderful video again Steve, thank you for all the relaxation you've been providing! Also, I think it's great that you're trying to learn some Dutch. If you see this comment, here are some guidelines for the Dutch alphabet which might be of use to you:
    -your English A is pronounced Ah, the E sounds like A, the I sounds like E, and the Y somewhat like your I.
    English to Dutch:
    A = ah
    B = bay
    C = say
    D = day
    E = a
    F = ef
    G = (harsh) gey (so not like 'gay')
    H = ha
    I = e
    J = yay
    K = ka
    L = el
    M = em
    N = en
    O = o (short, not 'ow')
    P = pay
    Q = kuu (difficult, you might have to Google this. It does not sound like 'you')
    R = er
    S =es
    T = tay
    U = uu (again, Google. Not 'you')
    V = vay
    W = way
    X = iks
    Y = (sort of like) I or eye, but shorter. Google?
    Z = zet
    Hope this helps! I love languages, accents and dialects, and Australian sounds very relaxing in my opinion :)

      Thanks for the effort you've put into this comment, I really appreciate it! I'm going to study and practise your English to Dutch alphabet, and apply it to the words that I'm learning and already know. I think I'll print it out and refer to it regularly!! Thanks again, Steve.

    Hey Steve - I think the inspiration for ‘Mr Brush’ actually came from Mr Turtle in My Name is Earl! I remember you made a keyboard brushing video on your Aussie ASMR channel a year or so ago and mentioned it in that!

    Oh the Netherlands is fun. I would say that for speaking dutch you have to follow 2 easy steps:
    1. Think about how what you want to say may sound like in german
    2. Forget everything you know about actual german und just blabber whatever results in your head. (alcohol really helps here)
    Works quite well for the simple stuff especially when you already know half the vocabulary through english.
