The prespend varies for everyone. I mainly only purchase in the leather and shoe dept, never bought jewelry or watches because they don’t retain their value, and still received an offer for a Kelly 28 and Birkin 35.

Can you ask for an appointment and inquire to buy a birkin or Kelly? Do you have to buy other departments first? What if you have the money to buy the birkin straight away?

Yes, unfortunately Constance requires some prespend in US. If it’s exotic, they will definitely count her as a Quota Bag.

It really depends on the country. If you're in the US, a 1:1 prespend just isn't enough to get you a QB

Not necessarily. I got offered multiple exotic Birkin and Kellys with minimum pre spend but I don’t like exotics. Depends on your SA.
