Our culture is being more stressful, hurried and busy all the time, but God invites his children into rest and reflection. In the ten commands we are told to "remember the sabbath, to keep it holy." (Exodus 20:8) In what ways do you set apart a day of the week (sabbath) for resting in the Lord? Peace of one of the fruits of the spirit, but if we distracted and busy then it will quickly affect our relationship with God and others.
