Not sure I couldn’t tell but you need direct flame at the bottom of you pan. If your put that evaporator on top of that wood stove it won’t boil because of heat transfer. Just a suggestion. Use cinder block and build an arch that should help greatly. Oh plus you only want 1 1/2 inches to 2 inches in your pan went boiling.

I was looking at the electric chicken scalders and they can get up to 230 degrees.that should be hot enough.just a thought
