if you log tags into sql using historical log then it logs the data with timestamp. in case you are doing with script , you can create two local tags for date and time and log them with your required tags.
I have an action prepared with VBS. I have defined a cyclic trigger for this action and it doesn't work at all. Define in Scheduled Task of WinCC and set 'Trigger' as per your requirement.

Is it possible to insert data into tag logging DB with timestamp and value (like TLGInsertArchivData in WinCC v7)? Do you maybe have video for it?

After inserting data , save excel file as new name instead of just save.
