Took the words right out of my head!

?m;&,
Imagine waking up and you can just play this level of music casually.
Tomo Fujita has some lessons on here.
Nah … we gotta practice fam
Imagine waking up 😎

Nice
Holy crap he put it out there on this one. He is one hell of a talented guy
When Lemmo picks up a Strat = happy place!
You may love Jazzmasters but I love hearing you play a Strat Michael
A strat just brings something out of him, doesn't it
I do agree
That Strat/Bassman combo sounds fantastic. Guess Rory was on to something. Great job Lemmo! 👍👏
Is it just me? or does Michael seem to give his best performances on Straturday?
Straturdays are fantastic, but they can’t compete with jazzmaster and jaguar vids
The best ever. Loved it. Thanks Michael........& Family
This is a GREAT '54 Reissue.... I have had a couple. LOVE 'EM !
Two tone bust is so tasty. And the bridge is floaty, just right, up off the body.
Very nice.
God he nailed it..!! Lemmo+that guitar+that amp.... something amazing
Oh my GOD!!! I need that bass man ! ‘They’ (amp and pedal makers) have all the tech in the world man and they can’t even get close to that sweet sweet sound of those single coils runnin through a bassman In the hands of such a tasteful and masterful player as yourself.
Another Lemmo concert!
The neck pickup is beautiful sounding!! Very nice!!🤘
Now that's some fine playing ... 👍
Chops on show Lemmo! KILLER!
Thanks Jen, great work all !
There was no relic on these, it was essentially NOS....but before that came out hence the CN serial number and not the R. 1996 was also the 9th year of the Custom Shop, COA's were handwritten then and signed by John Page. CS logo different then too. Great guitars, I have a 1994.
My serial number starts with CN
From 96
Waooooh I love the riff on the bridge pickup, it’s huge!!!!
Jake E. Lee’s riffs and playing are underrated.
All you have to do Lemmo, is trade your soul.
I believe I have one of these in my collection of ...picks 😂
Norm, double this kid's pay!! Awesome GOTD episode!
Yesss, just the right amount of flame and grain. What a looker!
Pickups sound good as well.
Micheal has just transported me to a beach in Maui with those opening notes. 🏝 That amp though!
Exactly 🤟
Stevie Ray Vaughn- Lenny. go check it out
@@Ghostdeth13242 Both great artists! Bob Marley and 311 have great island vibe tunes as well.
Whoa. Who is this new guy, where did he come from? Lemmo, your playing is inspired!!!
Switch position 4 was my favorite song. Very nice.
Bro great solo work wow. Lemmo just keeps getting more godly every day
Lemmo torched it on the bridge pick up. 🔥🎸
Awesome Michael....your a great guitar player....rock on
The Clapton piece was awesome. Thanks!
The soloing today also seemed really good, kind of like how stevies is where he’s just always got that crazy run. Just great minus a few mess ups which are expected
thank u norman for bringing him
Classic Lemmo! Rock on Dude 😜
Everything from middle pickup down was just like really sharp and good without too much overdrive
Fun Fact ! (as I own this guitar) The tuner buttons are actually plastic, coated in chrome. The tuners are the real deal, but in 1996, Fender used plastic buttons. I've never been able to wrap my head around why they did that. That is the only gig.
That said. The single best Stratocaster I'lve ever played. Period. * By 'I own this guitar....not this actual one, but another 96 custom shop, Strat, different color. Made in mid to late 96, as opposed to the earlier 96's. It was a divided year for Fender, and it makes a huge difference.
IMHO, (in my humble opinion) This is the single best Stratocaster ever produced. I've played a lot of them over the years. This is better than many originals, comes with the 5 way switch, original pickups, better than vintage pot/wire/and finish work than them.....
Even the 'Made in Japan', MIJ, not crafted in Japan, ones at the same time are far superior to anything else out there in the US catalog.
As Lemmo says.............this is a rare bird. Everything came together after April of 96 for this batch. The best of everything.
I would play this over an actual '54 Strat. I'm aware the actual has more value, but this is a much better guitar.
Hang onto it for another 10--15 years, and you will command really big bucks.
My opinion anyway!
Cheers !
it was just ok in the video they are asking like 4 grand for this...this sounds like a 1500 dollar guitar
@@soofitnsexy I'd agree with you. I paid if I remember about.... $600.00 for it, brand new with a case. 1500,00 would be a rather high price.
Not sure why Norm's is asking 4K for a 1996 guitar, but there you go. I peruse them constantly several times a year on Reverb, and they're getting around 1K for these guitars.
They're Great, Fantastic Guitars. That said, they've really no provenance other than being made in the USA and Japan (better) in 1996.
Just wonderful, every time. What was the song he played after Lenny?
“This is actually one of the best playing strats.” Says Lemmo every Strat episode 😅. Regardless, I love the videos!
The first guitar lemmo said this about - "am I a joke to you?"
They ALL good. Even my Player series...
He learned that from Norman
Great guitar and awsome playing.
Michael I love your guitar playing
I really enjoyed this episode killer sounds .. 🍻 not sure if they were originals or not but I liked the one around the 15 minute mark
Love the Clapton classic there!
Beautiful guitar, great sounds.
🤟Rock on! Badass guitar!
You Rock Brother 🤟🏼
Great Straterday again!
Top Strat a day.. form ..Well played 👍
WOOOB WOOOOOOOB!!!
The guitar and hair are spot on.
SRV 🙌🙌
Really beautiful guitar 😎
Nice jacket Michael, Go Flyers!
What was that third demo??? Need to know
Seems like lemmo should own this one he plays it which such reverence.
Imagination with the tune.
Brother Mike That is a sweet axe / strat . and thats coming from me a drummer Doc Thunder Colorado
Love Stratordays!
I own an Epiphone Zenith Masterbuilt and would love to see you play one. you are very talented.
v. cool guitar, even cooler lemmo
My eldest has one of these, magic git-fiddle!
Amazing brotha
Norm, keep going strong. Tell Frank Stallone I played a song for him.
love the new lemmo do
That's a really nice guitar, sports fans...
Micheal does a good job for the pro guitar player.
Wow !!!!! What beautiful playing!---//--so great........my life goes from straturday to straturday now..... thanks michael and jen....it picks me up!!!!!!& makes everything better!
Gotta switch to a sixers jacket now !🏀🔔🔥🎸😂
Was I hearing some John Mayer-esque song there right before he switched it up at 5:40 ?
Rockin my face off!
I believe I have one of these.. 🎉
What was the 4th riff on middle/bridge pickup, it was killer anyone know? I want to learn it 🤓👍
Kool. Can't wait for episode 1313🤪
🤟🙃
I have one of these, it’s a fkn tone monster!
Don't hear many play Jake E. Lee-era Ozzy stuff besides Bark At The Moon. Very nice tribute.
Was that what he played after cociane? What's it called? 😎
Mr.Lemmo blowin' it up!!!
🐉💀👽🎸🔊🎼🎵🎶
Which looper pedal does Lemmo use? Dude is a beast!
I love stratocasters but with my playing style(palm on the bridge) volume knob scratching my knuckles.
Jazzmasters they did it right with it.
I found a 1996 Squire Fender 50th anniversary special edition model Strat with the burgundy (black cherry) finish for $46.00
Lemmo playing lenny.!!!
Welcome too Stevies Riviera..
It seems that the voice combined with the player all rolled into one is a good entertainer so Mike start putting lyrics on the song.
The Jake E. Lee action is awesome. "Rock n' Roll Rebel!"
Almost 20 minutes nice
I like Schtraturday, I like Schtrats.
What the settings on the amp and guitar for that first tune?
That’s my guitar. If i played guitar.
Lemmo by SRV :)
A guitar from the year of my birth! Awesome work Michael! Great work! However! Gotta do a Maton!
Riviera Paradise is beautiful, will you play Lenny one of these days when you get an SRV vibe?
He played lenny first?
@@tywhite10 😂😂I’m here fast forwarding the video trying to see him play riviera paradise cus of this dudes comment 🤦🏻♂️😂
@@Nightshade1881 🤣🤣🤣🤦🏾♂️
Say people, please, what the song on 11:20 ?????
90s was Fenders best era.
Which is the best.
Guitar or player..
Maybe both
player by far i thought this guitar just didnt have it
🎸
Lennyyyyyyy
👍🔥🎸🦅
I Want it! It's not my birthday but if you want to give me this baby... Let me know. 😊🙏
Eric Clapton: "Lemmo is God"
Lenny by Lemmo
Another best playing one ??? 🤔
No bakelite parts & no football switch tip 🤔
There are faces in the couch.
Great guitar and great playing Lemmo. It's funny I have an early 90s Mexican 1950s sunburst strat. I have owned 100s of guitars and my Mexican strat is identical to the one your playing. It also stays in perfect tune after heavy tremolo. Custom shops are overpriced. Cheers James.
I'm a strong believer in you get what you pay for.
this guitar was just ok....i felt mike played very well but the guitar was meh....not worth 3500
@@soofitnsexy Consider a Stratocaster cost 289 bucks in '54. Factor in inflation that's around 2800 bucks in today's money. I don't see what the fuss is about.
@@mattrogers1946 exactly its just a strat worth 1000k dollars.
@@jamesstewart8054 I meant that if you were prepared to pay 289 bucks in 1954, why would you complain about spending 2800 bucks 2021?
