    Virtual particles could also be just the short appearance of real particles who exists in a very far part of the universe. Due the fact that particles are not bound to xyz coordinates in an classical physics sense, but only at a certain probability. The probability that one atom from a distant galaxy could appear exactly here is never zero. Therefore it exhibits a tiny bit of energy.

    To everyone complaining about the virtual particles not being able to exist-stop thinking of everything existing within only our physical reaches. This principle applies dark matter and energy which allows for the particles to “appear and deconstruct.” They don’t come from nothing and go back to nothing, they convert from dark states to physical states then back again. It doesn’t disobey any law of physics nor is it impossible. The best way to dumb it down is catching dark energy with an empty net as it spontaneously appears in our realm. Also, gravity was accounted for, he just forgot to mention it.

I recently heard a scientist say that we have no way to harness this Free Energy as it is minute except, of course, lightning which has such high amps that it too would be hard to harness. But, Free Energy is real, we just can't harness it at this time in our history. I hope this helps. Peace.

    The five principles stated are, like much of quantum mechanics, are statements and fundamental rules for long equations but are in themselves just axioms that validate some logical correlations, they're like a more complex way to say 'I think' but they're still nothing compared to what an actual functioning consciousness can do. One second of neural activity I reckon has more than all of orthodox human science ever discovered in it's history. The observer effect may be a sign that it's better to observe and appreciate than to measure.

    Another explanation... the aether. Close in between the plates there is less dense aether while away from and outside the aether is denser. The aether presses against the plates, much like it creates gravity, and causes the plates to move closer together. You need to look at what really causes gravity. Matter pushes aside the aether. The aether pushes back with a force we call gravity. The greater the mass, the larger the amount of aether displacement. The plates, being made of matter, push the aether away and the aether pushes back toward the center of mass of the two plates. No need to do strange math; just understand that the aether has a push against matter proportional to the mass.

    In relation. If the space/time pressure on a given area can set the dimension, in our case 3D physics, by imposing a space/time with diffirent pressures while only "observed" by some medium that can handle being physical in both 3D and the chosen say 4D space/time pressure instance. you could gather more sources of energy wavelengths that often don't effect 3D physics. Allowing a way to create a one way valve of sorts?
    I have idea's ok.... You understand the casimir effect would have to work in the case of the insanely big or small. It's sort of like tuning for amplitude in electronics on an oscilloscope. But its space time segments for gathering.

    Nice explanation in the framework of perturbation theory ( = "virtual" particles that actually do not exist). Of course, the Casimir effect can also be explained much more simply outside of quantum field theory from the multipole interaction of the charged particles within the plates...

    Nice video, although a bit more complex than the layman would understand. One question: At what range or scale would the Casimir effect stop being noticeable? Is it just above 100 nanometers? Or does it work over larger distances? Secondly, is the force enough to pull two plates of ANY size together or just of a nanometer scale?

    I have been thinking about mass for a while in conjunction with vacuum fluctuations. I hope you may know the Casimir effect. If we consider the Casimir effect, notice that if there is a force it must be capable of doing work. Thus there is energy in the vacuum.?
    Now if we think of that force and the energy we notice that it is a consequence of decreasing the fluctuations in a region of space. Thus anything that occupies space has the same effect. Since E equals MC squared, we could identify this effect as associated with the mass of the object that is occupying the space.
    Have I discovered that the rest mass of an object is due to the space of the object that now has a reduced region of vacuum fluctuations.

    If that force exists, then it can do work. Thus there is energy there, ie in the vacuum. This seems surprising. But notice another thing. This came from limiting the amount of vacuum fluctuations in the vacuum space. Thus anything that does this, generates energy. Thus when we occupy space, there is energy, E=mc*2. Perhaps this is where all mass is?

    Thanks for the video, very informative. You mentioned the possible reasons for the attraction of the two plates, why is gravity not considered? Also if the Casimir effect was due to the standing waves, as long as the distance on the outside of the two plates is greater than the distance in the middle, then the effect should be observed? I have noticed that people only observe the effect when the plates are incredibly close to one another.

    • @plabrum
      @plabrum  7 лет назад +1

      Yes the plates have to be incredibly close to one another because the difference between the virtual particle pressures varies with the ratio between the plate separation and the distance between the plates to the chambers. Basically the closer the plates are the greater the force pushing them.
      Gravity is actually accounted for, but the force measured is substantially larger than the greatest force that can be caused by gravity.

    So if the pairs are literally matter and antimatter that happens so fast that the energy isn't seen by the universe then could you just make it so that the time frame in which the effect lasts is slowed down? So that way the energy IS observed and if it is, how much of the energy is observed? Is there a pocket of energy at every point and junction in space that wants to remain at a constant value say 100 joules? And when particles annihilate faster than can be "perceived" by the universe that the pockets of energy just remain stable in their energy values? What if pockets of different locations have different "normal" values that they like to rain at? Like chunks of pockets with higher or lower resting energy values? But back to the virtual particles, what if you could separate the particles into two groups and then move them to the opposite side of a ship that you want to move the ship in the direction of and then let them annihilate there? Basically a double casimir hulled ship with the inner hull polarized and magnetically stable so the transport of positive matter can be facilitated in a different manner than the anti matter particles.

    • @CudaWudaShuda365
      @CudaWudaShuda365 Год назад

    What you didn’t notice, is that 11% is $11,000 annual return on $100k down payment AFTER monthly mortgage. So once the mortgage is paid off, you are making more like 36% ($36,000) ANNUALLY on your $100k investment.

    A lot of the material in this video is explained as something to be implied and may prove to be difficult to grasp for those who have not studied physics the slightest. With all the things of extreme order and framework, to have something like this happen (yes even with heisenburg uncertainty), it doesn't make sense that it isn't tied to some ruleset. Doesn't it seem important to try to be able to understand "something from nothing" if we're going to harness this for various applications? there comes a point where you can't take things with a grain of salt but have to really understand things to "level up".

    got a little lost at the end there about how it all fit together, but thanks nonetheless! Nicely made video.

    I'm more of an "amateur" physicist.. but don't virtual particles violate the law of conservation? Energy and matter can neither be created nor destroyed?

      Net energy and matter is neither created nor destroyed by virtual particles.

    Could you gather 2 metal plates and perform a demonstration of the Casimir Effect on video?

    • @LennyRevell
      @LennyRevell 6 лет назад +1

      You can do it yourself simply by taking a small amount of metal powder and thoroughly mixing it into a metal mold filled with a nonconductive bonding matrix like resin. The very tiny particles of metal would all have a very thin layer of the resin coating each particle separating them from each other, but be close enough to recreate the casimir effect.

    How does infinities come in cassimer effect. Could you explain that a bit

    • @jesusperello6323
      @jesusperello6323 7 лет назад

      From what I can understand, it seems that the number of wavefunctions (which is the "decimal infinity") is bigger than the number of wavefunctions (integer infinity) inside the plates. Therefore, the net force outside the plates due to the change in moment from the virtual particles is higher than that of the inside, causing an attraction between the between. Hope this helps.

      The different infinities are crucial because they explain why more particle will appear outside the plates than inside.

    Who thinks they can teach physics to someone who is really interested but doesn't know where to start? Phil Labrum Maybe?
