Late perhaps with comment; but I appreciate your video. I just ordered this printer while I still own a a two year old HP Smart Tank Plus 551 (6HF11A) and it has troubles. Low use device and troubleshooting points towards printheads need replacing. Printhead replacements cost 20 bucks more than this new printer. Wierd to me but research pays off in most cases - thanks again for video.
I actually discontinued hp smart services and started having bit of issues after installing store purchased ink my own. The trouble sometimes came due to sudden disconnection of internet as well. I usually end up reset the printer and add as new printer through the 'hp smart' app.
