Awesome video!!! You missed scenes with the snow covering our beautiful city though, hopefully you make another video including them. Moved here a couple of years ago from AZ and so far people here have been respectful and haven't had any issues of any matter.
At 2:36 near the bridge crossing? The bridge is highway 21 and the road across from the bridge is the road that takes you towards the north part of Lucky Peak and Arrow Rock.
Be careful on Hwy 21! Most dangerous road in Idaho. Scenic, nice drive though. Backway to Stanley, Sawtooth Mountains. Rugged. Bring a good camera. Don't forget to go prepaired.Water, a knife, wool blanket, fishing eq.Don't speed! And elk come out of nowhere. Even rocks on roads. Usually road closed in winter from Idaho City on. Idaho varies north to south, east towest. Greener as you go north. 85 separate named mountain ranges. I live in Meridian. Central in valley, so access is good all around. I like south area. Owyhees! Few know or venture here. Unbelievable! Just awesome things to see and do. Falcons, Antelope, fish, and more. 3 great rivers. Star gazing, canyons, ponds, waterfalls, and caves, hiking, and climbing. Bike or raft, kayak. Swan Falls Dam. Good boating fun. Even Silver City ghost town. Kids love it out here. Endless hiking and gem hunting. Even bike ride desert areas. Few have ever been to such nice desert region as this. You have to see it up close. Spend time there. Total opposite of anything like beautiful Palose area. Lived close by in Cottonwood area. Use to be a small air force base in Cottonwood. Then we moved to Payette, then Caldwell. I know Idaho well. Northwest to me is unbeatable. I have travelled whole west & south. Our country is impressive! Many states have nice hot spots. But, as many say, God lives in Idaho!
As a photographer and filmmaker, I have had requests for aerial footage downtown. As I understand it, all of downtown is within class C airspace and requires an FAA waiver to legally operate a SUAS in this area. How did you go about obtaining this waiver?

The treasure Valley in whole has like 600-700k people. Boise has Minor league Sports and a High Profile College Football team. Probable alot more city stuff to do in Boise than in Montana.
Not bad video, but that music sucked! Raised in Idaho. Lived in Seattle and Spring TX. Boise is better than most cities. Cheaper in most cases. A lot to do if you are outdoors person or athletic. Idaho is a state of mind. You gotta see it up close. No one hardly goes to desert region, canyon lands, or knows many fishing spots, numerous mountain lakes & valleys. It is ever changing state. Different north to south and east to west. Plus, great states like Oregon & Washington surround our state! As you go north it is greener and some spectacular lakes. I lived in Cottonwood, Payette, Middleton, Caldwell, Nampa, Boise, Palouse, and now Meridian. Like Meridian because central in valley and access to things is easy and close by. Near HWY 55, so a nice drive north to Cascade where I have a lot above end of Lake Cascade. Love it! Endless bike riding, dirt biking, lakes, boating, and more. Views are great. The drive up along Payette River is awesome. Great winter area for fun. Lots of mountains. Ski resorts. My only problem with Idaho is Republican attitude and pay or work is tougher. But, is improving. You make it here, you will never want to leave. Having your 'own private Idaho' is no joke!Plus, I know hot spots to live and enjoy. But, I don't tell anyone! I don't want to many people here. I know where to go that no one knows. And I am not telling! You need to explore for yourself. Will take you a while, and you won't see everything you'd like. Don't listen to anyone! Few know what they are talking about. This state can knock your socks off!And some great places are actually right near you. It's all adventure. Get a good camera. You'll need it!

nah it's not that expensive. There is bigger homes that are very expensive but the home I'm living in now is very cheap yet beautiful and in good condition. :)
Lots of suburbs of Boise are alot cheaper than Boise as far as house prices. Nampa, Caldwell are the cheapest and its only 15-20 Miles from Boise. Towns like Meridian and Eagle are right Next to Boise but more spendy. As far as cost of Living? Idaho is great. Its a right to work state, plenty of jobs and Idaho has its own little economy. There is everything from Million dollar Mansions to local builders with budget friendly houses
I loved the video. Great job. Music didn't bother me, then again, I'm open-minded with music. If people didn't like it, mute it and/or play a song of your choice in the background. People would rather complain though! Anyways, well done!
Looks and feels very much like Salt Lake City, Utah. Clean and peaceful asf. What the rest of America used to be and should be. The mountains, oceans, canyons, forests, and deserts - all within a 4-8 hour drive or a 2 hour flight at most. Just hope the woke crowd and homeless, addicts from the usual suspect states don't show up here. And of course, the shoplifters, people who run illegal food trucks, street food stands... Idaho seems like a place where all this would be dealt with an iron fist in a hot minute. Namaste.
