I am also finding it hard to find the correct dimensions to build my frame. Could someone please help... I need to know how long and wide the frame is and how far the nails are apart. I see Tracy Grace's comment below but its not very plain... so is her board 24" x 20" or is it 24 nails x 20 nails spaced 1/2" apart???
I have a loom like this that was my mothers. ive got to sit down and think about how I saw mom doing it. she made pillow tops out of hers, never blankets. I should have a pillow around here somewhere that she made me. I haven't seen it for a while so I don't know where it got to. if I find it it will sure help to answer some question like where to cut... how many strings to cut thru and how many times I need to wrap the loom to begin with

tracy grace hi tracy, have you ever made a blanket with two colours of pom poms? one pink one white? I have made a few blankets after watching your vidoe, thanks so much but now I have seen one with the two colours and think they are beautiful.
thank you for your great video, pleased i found yours first, so i know the correct way of doing blankets and most important the right way to tie, used to twist my wool like stated in another video by someone else, which causes large bumps where you tie it doesn't look too nice either on the reverse side thanks so much

My wife is trying to make one of these but are finding it difficult getting the nails aligned. for example when she starts the squares on the back are not square and are out of shape. Just wanted to ask if you used a special technique to align the nails perfectly opposite each other on the board. Thanks for any help :)
