Yes, Astel have been Holostars MC server admin/operator. If I'm not mistaken even he already show this when Holostars did the ender dragon challenge by making portal home. Astel also jokingly said that half of this server is his anyway when he first making 2000x2000 border for his mega project.
@@syasoyash Interesting, I always thought Hololive staff and management were the only ones that handled that sort of stuff. Holostars feel sort of indie if they're taking care of their own servers. Which is kind of cool in some ways, as if they're not bound by as much restrictions.

Also maybe Astel have one since before all of this blue axolotl madness, he's the only one (and maybe Miyabi) who actually plays MC. And if we compare, Astel's MC skill level is higher than other members too.
