Hi Keith! Great video, thanks for it. One only thing I found a little bit confusing. You make clear at the end summary that Cust Hierarchy can only be used for Sold-to, and in 10:55 you show how when assgining to sales doc type, it's not possible to pick Ship-to as "source". However on assigment of acc groups (11:50) we do see Ship-to and Payer being assigned to hierarchy node; is that a mistake or in which situation can we use hierarchy as higher level of a Ship-to? Thanks!

great explanation. We are going through implementation and are struggling with it. Oure customers are not so complex and have only 2 Hierarchy but we have been told that we have to have min 3 otherwise system will not accept. Still confusing for us.

If you know how to setup customer hierarchy using BP in S4, could you please help with relevant information. I am not able to make it work in S4.
