I have a question though; Do Rheumatic joints, or Rheumatism, also fall into the degenerative Syphilitic miasm? It's hard to know because it is considered an autoimmune condition, the body attacking itself. It is destructive but could it also be considered degenerative?

Sir, One case is Right knee Synovitis. There is effusion, swelling, inflammation and pain. Sensation is hot. Pain aggravation is at night. In MRI diagnosis is PVNS - Pigmento Villonodular Synovitis. Dear Dr. I tried to find some way to contact you as I feel since some times, though I took two doses of Kali Iodatum 200 as I have no lower power avaliable, not immediately, but since last month and half I feel my knee pain is no more. I can walk without stick also. Though in between it was not possible. My Dr is calling for knee replacement after surgeries are oen here in Kuwait, it costs here KD10000 which is a life time saving fortune....
