    I almost didn't want to publish this review because I couldn't test what I wanted to: the battery life and mic in different conditions. The reason I couldn't test the Buds properly was because they were not staying in my ears. I suspect that's also why the noise cancellation doesn't work for me even though I turned on the active noise cancellation. That said, we all have different ear shapes. It's a nice product, but it simply does not fit me. In the end, I decided to publish the video since I thought others might encounter similar issues.

      How is the call quality with your Buds 2?
      I also have Buds 2 and call quality is hit and miss.
      Sometimes the calls are perfect and the man on the other side hear me perfectly, sometimes bad. If I turn off Ambient Sound 9 out of 10 calls are perfect, but with this option turned On every second call the people don't hear me good.
      Do you know why?

    • @techmo2020
      @techmo2020 2 месяца назад +2

      @@XAn4ETO The way ambient sound works is that your buds' mic records the sound and plays it back to your ears. I suspect that's why the quality of the call decreases. I always turn it off.

    Happy they made regular type of buds, my Buds Live died a while ago and I can not use ones that go into my ear canal (I get headache and become dizzy from such buds)
    So my only options are headphones or regular buds, but on the go I prefer buds (headphones at home)
    Problem is that a lot of brands just don't care, they bring out buds that go into ear canal with silicone/foam tips, because "most people want such earbuds" and people like me get ignored.
    Good to see Samsung comes with standard buds again, and hopefully they do the same with next gens.

    The Buds 2 hurt my ears so badly after 10 minutes of wearing it. I'm so glad Samsung used a stem design, I'm so happy with my Buds 3 Pro. Although the QC needs to improve, my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro came with extra glue on the outside of the right earbud. They told me to rub it off with water but it didn't go away so I had to use isopropanol which they told me was fine to use.

      Well not to be disrespectful but that is actually a you problem a company can't shape buds to any ear without custom fitting which would increase the price to the moon

    • @FantasticHydra
      @FantasticHydra 2 месяца назад

      @Sleepjng Yes, I know that it's a me problem, but I have had both the Buds Pro and Buds 2, which both hurt my ears. Even over-the-ear headsets that have had noise canceling have also hurt my ears, like the Sony XM4000 and SteelSeries Nova Pro Wireless. They both have a nub that puts pressure on my ears. One of the talking points about why Samsung switched to the stem design had to do with comfort. Im so happy that i can ditch my airpods pro 2.

    Ears are so unique between people that it's impossible to make any meaningful conclusions on the fit based on reviews. That being said, I also have the kind of ears from which these "AirPods" -kind of buds just fall off very easily. I have the Galaxy Buds2 currently and they stay in my ears like they were glued on. My only complaint about them is that the software often gets confused when I'm blasting 20+ km/h on my bicycle on a windy day. That causes weird distortions and pauses to the playback, no matter if I have set the ANC on, off or to ambient sound. On a calm day it's not a problem, no matter how fast I'm going. Oh and now I'm kind of hoping for an actual equalizer too.

    • @michaelcorcoran8768
      @michaelcorcoran8768 2 месяца назад +1

      Yeah, there's only so much you can do in terms of fit. I find the ones that fit me best are the dot shaped ones with a little wing tip. Liberty Pro 3, one more dual drivers... Galaxy Buds Pro fit me pretty well, although they do sometimes feel like they get a little loose. I wish it had the stabilization nib like the old pixel buds.
      The old Pixel Buds probably fit me the best out of anything. The pair I have is just about out of batteries though. I was disappointed when the Pixel Buds Pro got rid of the stabilization nib as well.

    Hi, sorry for the off-topic question, but I'm having a tough time deciding between the S23 and S24 Exynos since I can get both for nearly the same price. I'm particularly interested in knowing if there's been any improvement in the S24's battery life, especially with 5G. Do you think future updates might address the current issues, or have there been improvements already? I couldn't find reliable information elsewhere, and your most recent video comparing the S24 and S23 is a few months old. I'd really appreciate any insights you could share!

    • @albertafful3345
      @albertafful3345 2 месяца назад +2

      @cantcube7569 Well, it delivers good sound but not super sound. The bass is prominent for both highs and lows (and that's enough for me). The bud itself is a bit bigger and hence may not be too comfortable for some ears, as pointed out in this review. My right ear seems well fit for the bud. However, it feels like my left ear doesn't have a well fit, and I find myself adjusting it from time to time for fear of it falling off. I opted for this because I didn't want to be walking around with completely sealed ears.
      A feature I'm enjoying from this bud is the hands-free voice commands. It works almost flawlessly. Play music, stop music, next and previous music, volume up/down. And it's quickly executed after a beep

    The Buds 3 are the worst with respect to staying in place? Sheesh. I can't wear buds because they all fall out. I need cords to save them and then I don't worry about it. There are some buds with a real ear hook but I can't find any good quality variants to try out. My Buds 2 have great sound, features and performance. Can't wear them unless I'm sitting still in an air conditioned room. My Jabra BLE headphones worked great but I can't find any with cables these days. I have Sony bud style and then too fall out and don't even perform as well as the Samsung. This isn't progress.
