A few years ago my daughter bought me an adorable Coach handbag cake. There was no problem with the bakery making it. Maybe there are stricter laws now? So silly. Wishing you a belated happy birthday!
the bakery probably got a trademark infringement letter from the designer. you might find a smaller baker to do it privately, but if they advertised the logos, they may have been sent a cease & desist order.....
My hubby surprized me with an LV cake but one of my friends made it so he didn't deal with the legal part of it, lol. The pic is on my instagram. Wszystkiego najlepszego sweetie 😚
