Would you consider making a video on less known techniques? Eg: explosion distractions, opportune places for flash grenades or chloroform throw, using guns to unlock doors, smuggling items by letting security take briefcase, chaining multiple distractions to extend time (overflow 3 sinks). Also a very key moment that new players might miss - pipe/ledge pathways on maps. We all know regular stairs, ladders to get around, but newer players might've never known about the existence of certain pipe entrances - such as entering janus' 2nd floor from outside water pipe or climbing to higher floors of dartmoor without even entering the building.
1 Syndicate type to go for is the Assasin type. While it may not be the best from lvl1 but the moment u get a silenced sniper, SMG and Pistol it becomes very easy to complete mission objectives. U will se kill 3 guards with a sniper and Headshot kills only ALOT and they can be done just sec before u leave the map. Also the headshot only can be misinterpreted. U can still kill with tools without failing this 1. U only need to make sure u kill with a headshot if u use a gun. The 2 dartguns are fine to use they wont blow this. Having to carry around a briefcase can be annoying if u need to climb a ladder but just leave it in an area and go back for it if u cant bring it. Even if guards se it u can always se where it is on the map even if guards carry it away.
Totally agree. This was my go-to syndicate for the longest time because the missions are pretty achievable and dont require you to blow your cover like crazy. Fantastic points you made!
Good guide. I do have a recommendation though. You should turn on the options that shows your "level difficulty" and your "silent assassin" icons on. That way people watching will know at a glance.
This was the worst advice I've gotten on Freelancer mode. Before I new this I enjoyed the game a lot. My blood was boiling and heart was pumping. Now It's just boring. I finished campaign in few hours using Alt+F4. Not exciting anymore
The absolute best tip is for anyone new to Hitman is as you say play through the regular campaign and learn the levels. Without that knowledge, I wouldn't have made it to level 100 so quickly. Most of the time I only carry sieker, silenced pistol and lockpick unless the mission requires more to complete a challenge. Room in room allows you to use loud guns, bombs, etc. without anyone noticing. I usually try to use that if the challenge is to blow them up with a bomb and hide the target. Whittleton Creek is probably the easiest to learn to play through with suit only. There I only change clothes if I have to use poison in a glass at the party.
Hey do you have a gallery or place we can download/reference all the maps you made with the items listed. You don't always show the whole map in the videos and an imgur album with all of them would be nice to glance through when doing freelancer campaigns.
Hi this is a great idea. They images I make are pretty rough sketches, not perfect or nice by any means, but this is a good idea because some folks may want to reference them. It'll be in the description of the decent ones for sure- A link to the maps I used: imgur.com/gallery/E2xk9yv
@@crimsongameshitman they’re great until I forget to watch the timer because I was too focused doing something like waiting for target pathing, hiding a body, talking to the supplier etc 😂 oops!
1 map i have tended to always do ths showdown in is Dartmoor if available. While the house is abit cramped i noticed that there are fairly few enforcers in the house. Even if the map is alerted its not that bad once u got a guard outfit. I will say that the starting location at the top balcony really sucks if u need to carry around a briefcase. Other then throwing it off the roof its very annoying to get out of that starting spawn sometimes.
Absolutely agree haha. What I started to do if I had a briefcase in Dartmoor balcony is instead of going down the pipe, I turn around and head into the office. As I run down the stairs I throw a vriefcase to knock out the guard at the base asap. Then drag the body and dump it in a container under the staircase. You could then take this disguise (or not), grab your briefcase and head for the secret room at the back of the office. Once there though it is tricky if suit only because you will probably have to scale the outer walls and openly carry sniper. If you took the disguise then you could still run around with the briefcase.
I definitely hear ya, it can be frustrating. This is the actual walkthrough I did on it: ruclips.net/video/vLPIeywYW78/видео.html. What I found to be helpful was using the right disguise to get into the place where my target was (ie mansion guard for mansion, etc.) Whats the main issue you run into, maybe we can help.

I really love this idea. I have to work on compiling clips but would definitely love to do this, thanks for the suggestion!
I second this video idea

Thanks! Will do in future!
If everything goes wrong, hit alt f4 on PC or pause and quit the game on consoles and try again!
This is such a shitty way to play lmao just go with the flow
True
Best possible advice for freelancer mode. Quit as soon as bullets start flying.

The only timed prestige I don’t mind too much is the hide and seek one since many maps have a lot of hidey holes within minutes of each other lol
Good point! They are the most manageable one I think also

I literally just got done emergency quitting out on this map 3 times in a row on freelancer, I fucking hate both it and whoever designed it.
