Thing is, $crim has always gotten consistently better over time. And Ruby always has been amazing, but woadie, when I tell you that $crim has leveled up significantly since getting off drugs, that ain't exaggeration. He and Ruby are now more equal than they ever have been. Grey for life. G*59. 👌
they both have come so far & be rappin shit that is insane & blows my mind how they come up with some of this shit & the amount of flows they got & production is just unmatched
Now that I've given this a real listen and heard your thoughts on it, this might be their best song in terms of them talking their shit about their past and their drug use. The beat and flow's are crazy as always, but the lyrics hit on another level if you've been there as either a heavy user/addict or someone who has dealt with and/or are still dealing with trauma or just a dark past in general. That's a lot of their songs honestly, but this one is by far the heaviest in terms of that. If you felt this one I'd highly suggest you do their song called "The Nail to the Cross". It's a song they made in the time of their past drug use before they got sober and it's haaaaaard. It's apart of a collaborative EP they did with some other small producers back in the day and it's some of their hardest stuff. The Nail to the Cross was produced by Dirty Van$ who's done a few songs with them and he was smokin' something else on the dark side of the moon making that beat. It's even got a music video. Couldn't suggest it enough. Appreciate the reaction and have a good one!
these mfs is mainly responsible for the full Three 6 Mafia sound bein re established instead of just how almost every trap song the last 10 years has a beat made off the base Juicy J/DJ Paul started doin in da 90s. $b was prolly the first 2010s artists who entire production style was that old memphis shit. n that made them usin old three 6 beats the 3-4 times they did end up in classics for 2010s underground shit. bc they were bringin back some the most fire shit ever. and the twist they put on the three 6 beats made you think "hearin this jawn again is dope" instead of "they bitin". idk if you remember i had you react to Dim Da Lights by Blackout , they made that shit get popular again. its nothin like that halfway evil soundin 90s memphis shit when its done right. ill always salute $b for da respect they music shows dj paul/juicy j bc that shit so influential n they get zero credit
@@yungbake2161 tryna clown me cuz readin more than 2 sentences at once had you strugglin lol nasty work. since it was deep enough for you to say sum , i had a three 6 shirt on when i seen dis jawn pop up so i got reminded of $b for da 1st ttime after HS. it aint deep for me to spare 3 min while da video plays to salute them for bein behind dj paul/juicy j gettin more credit for bein da 2 most influential producers ever☠☠☠☠ you must type slow
great reaction bro some tips to recognize who is who is, rubys has a bit of a higher voice and raps a lot faster (most of the time) and scrim has a deeper voice and is a little slower, if i gotta recommend a song its gotta be eulogy (biggie smalls sample) anyway great reaction bro love ur vids! (sorry for bad english its not my main language)
Love the reaction. $crim has always been my fav of the 2. Early on I don't think it was as debatable as it is now as far as who is the better lyricist. Check out Chetta, G59 artist. His most recent album is Sacrifice and Sabotage. Start with the song Claymore. After that the whole album, not 1 miss. $crim is heavily involved in the production. 1 reaction can change a life or an entire family. Peace, love and happiness to you and yours. G❤❤❤❤❤🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡.
You should react to running through the 7th with My Woadies by $uicideboy$, it fits your description of what you want to see from them, I think you should also try Champagne Face by $uicideboy$ feat germ, one of my favorites
i bumped that "kill yourself" EP series all thru HS , some da best on-drugs-music ever made. peep Mask & Da Glock by $b , that shit use one the best Three 6 beats ever n they twist on the style fits it so perfectly. ruclips.net/video/VoxsbiCtMZs/видео.htmlsi=HX6rX8zfJC2xmMts when i was on them heavy round 2018 that was one THE 3-4 $uicideboy$ songs you had to peep to appreciate how good they are. its on the first kill yourself EP they ever made , they made dozens more in that series of EPs , that song is one the foundations of they style that let them make dozens more parts. me rockin wit memphis it made me fw them immediately
Should check out there old stuff like Water $uicide Clyde Chariot of fire And I no longer fear the razor 4 I would do lyric videos sometimes they can be hard to understand but there pretty lyrical
Ppl tend to say ruby is the better lyricist because while they were in deep into drugs scrim was more of a Ad-lib chorus type of rapper since theyve got sober its been like his powers were unclocked
Please check out some of their old stuff🙏🙏 listen to "Ugly", "Black Beard", and "Uzi Loogies" if u wanna hear some sick beats and ill verses from them💯
Bro dont let other people tell you who is better some people like how $crim Raps and some like how Ruby raps basically if you love fast raps then Ruby is ur dude if you like hard hittin bars then $crim
yes, i think "they aint nothing like us" was a nod to kendrick (and old fans as scrim used to be a bit more relevant with pop culture in his older music) Twas a cool lil one liner imo
@bleysalbelo8458 released and made is two different things. Album was finished like 7 months before they turned in. It was officially announced in like March so it was before that Kendrick song
yo id appreciate if u would react to some songs by my favorite artist, his name is reptilian god mana and he has a similar vibe to $b/bones but is super underground and doesn't get the credit he deserves. he produces like 95% of his stuff himself and his production is really high quality. he flows crazy too.
Scrim has progressed so far. The fact that he can spit and make banger beats makes him my favorite
He fr became a full on poet when he got sober he can seriously write
Bro is the Kanye West of the underground, making fire beats and bars
"shoutout to the greys" is crazy lmao
Bong rips + $uicideboy$ =🔥🔥🔥🔥
Coke + oxys + $b = remedy for my broken heart
Thing is, $crim has always gotten consistently better over time. And Ruby always has been amazing, but woadie, when I tell you that $crim has leveled up significantly since getting off drugs, that ain't exaggeration. He and Ruby are now more equal than they ever have been. Grey for life. G*59. 👌
