You have been an amazing guide for a week layover turned into 7 month stay in Bangkok. BTW my partner and I are both retired chefs and foodies and you never fail to inspire and brighten our days! I absolutely love Mark. He is so happy and humble. He ask the chef to eat, alongside him. I never seen people request that and it was beautiful. He like sleeping on the floor too, on occasion. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking 😍. Mark is a beautiful spirited person.

My girlfriend and I were booked and ready to go to Bangkok but then the virus hit and we had to cancel because we were flying through whuhan. I started watching ur videos ever since we decided we were going to Bangkok. You have taught me a lot about Thai food and I really want to visit someday. It would be great to hang out with u too.

I would love to do this kind of a homestay in Thailand; the hard part would be my inability to speak Thai. Perhaps Google Translate could help some, or perhaps some of the people speak English as well, but one way or another, I'd love to do this one day. This feels like what I grew up around in a lot of ways, and makes me miss those simpler times. Great video as always, Mark. What an incredibly lovely homestay that is Mark - you looked really comfortable there! I think i would have dropped right off to sleep on that bamboo hammock!! What a spread for breakfast you lucky things! 😬 just unbelievable. Ive stayed in Sukathai once before myself on a motorbike tour and I remember the cabin i had was very rustic but really beautiful as well, it must have been a homestay too as it was very traditional. My friend arranged it for us. 600bht inc the food - fantastic value! Thanks loads for sharing - all the best from the UK 🇬🇧
I love 💘 the life at country side. It always reminds me of my childhood living in the farm and I never complained and my siblings eating all different kinds of veggies around the farm. Like those bittermelon, gourd that you shown in your videos. They are delicious 😋 And I always cook and feed this food too to my children.
