He became a tyrant then he became a wizard then some weird buff hulk like thing and finally he turned into fucking Godzilla and he still lost too a turtle or a goomba or a shy guy depending on which character you played either way mario is weak
The entire point of the game: Koopa wanted revenge, but not for Mario ruining the his Goomba friend's party, but revenge for Mario bullying him

I remember that when I played this game, all the bosses were random ass things. The first boss used to be a soda can, but now it's a mushroom. Was there a reskin or update of the game I wasn't aware of?
I miss the spaghetti monster and random evil umbrella but these new sprites are really good too
