    Hello sir this video is really helpful thank you! I just wanna ask why is there splenomegaly here ? Is it because of the destruction of red blood cells ?

    I wonder if this disease gets mistaken for leprosy or has links to it as both attack mucus membranes

      And they're both painless too. They would look similar at times. From photos, it looks like leprosy can also cause lumpy type lesions, rather than always ulcers like cutaneous/MCL can
