I absolutely love your videos and I’ve been following you since your “things in a Japanese home that makes sense” videos on the clock app! Loved the mummy mask and your delight while experiencing the facial! I looked up facials here in Oklahoma and they start anywhere from $100+😮
Your skin really was glowing! (But you're also young!) Here in Hawaii, that treatment would cost close to or even over $200. That's why when I visit Japan, I get my hair cut. Last time, in Tokyo, I cut and colored my hair for 9900 yen. Such excellent service nd no tipping!
Loved watching this video!! For a hydrafacial with dermaplane, red light therapy I pay $170 in Arizona and would be ~$250 in California. I believe a facial similar to the one you got would be around $120 in Arizona 🤗
Wow! I got so sleepy just watching you get a facial. This is not something I would splurge on in my everyday life but, I think it would be fun to try the next time I’m in Japan. Thanks.
Living in NYC USA - I have paid $80 plus tip for a general facial (no personalization and less steps) and $150 for personalized facials but it was part of a package deal of three.
I normally pay $98 dollars for a 45 minute mini facial. They don’t do much besides-cleanse, massage, and hydrate. I’m too cheap to get all those add ons like you did. Seattle is just too expensive!
You already have beautiful skin and bone structure! Thank you for sharing! Wow what a deal for US prices! I just looked up a hydrofacial in Orange County, CA ... $200!!!
Love your videos! I really like the videos of you just showing places and stuff in Japan it's really the only channel I watch that shows like the real side! The side roads and little shops it's wholesome 😌 and relaxing
I def pay about $100 +tip for mine in the US and I don't get nearly as much! I'm leaving for Japan in a few days and you have convinced me to book a facial somewhere 😂
I'm sorry, but please look up 'the derm doctor'. he debunks skincare myths. both that pore sucking and sheet mask are not very good. they are good for relaxation, but does noting to the skin he says.
Wow! In the US in a midsize city in michigan and just got a facial the other day(that didn’t include as many in depth things as this) and it was $145 plus a $20 tip!
Akane is so lovely! I have the same tendency to giggle my way through things I probably shouldn't giggle at lol. I'm thinking of visiting Japan in November 2023, I would not have thought to have a facial there but now I will have to add it to my list.
Thank you for this awesome video. It looks like an hydrafacial, which costs me around 180€ in France (paris)! It is so unexpensive and I love it that they put sunscreen at the end 👌😊❤
In the UK (not London) I would say it’s a slightly higher cost than your average facial, but considering everything included and the fact that you came away not looking red/flushed, it was well worth the price! Japanese know what they’re doing and you KNOW the products will be good. Also I’d be laughing at my face twitching like that too 😂 another fab video, love you Caitlin ❤

Would love more reviews on beauty treatments in Japan! Like spas, massages etc.
I agree! Haircuts, waxing, everythinggggg
Have you seen the channel ASMR Twix?
It's mesmerising how gentle her hands are on your face. It must've been so relaxing 😌

Hey! Random lol, but where do you go in arizona? I’m looking for a good hydra facial place :)
@@rachelgrace1217 I go to the Skin Routine in Scottsdale(: They are amazing!!

I loved this! Thinking of going to a Pola salon because of your review❤

Will definitely be going to Skin Care Professionals in Japan and Korea, most definitely.
In the UK it would vary from around £100-£150 total
O my gosh that’s so cheap compared to the uk!! Your skin looks amazing btw!! 👌👌👌
I hope you find a head spa place, I love watching those ASMR videos lol
Do a head spa!!!
I live in Madrid, Spain. Similar prices here for these facials.
Se vado in giappone, anche io voglio andare a fare questo skicare . Come si chiama la spa ? grazie
Do you tip in Japan when you have a facial done?
Your skin looks amazing ! Like an egg
Hey Caitlin!!!! Love your videos ♥♥ I have a question : should I come to japan after 2-3 years as far as population decline is concerned ?
Love from Libya
Hello sweetie!!
This is maybe 50 USD in Pakistan 🇵🇰🇵🇰👀👀
I love living in the metropolitan city of a 3rd world country 🤣🤣

I need to get back to vlogging!!!!! I have a video editor I'm testing soon, so hopefully they can help me get more videos out!!

@@heratlas FACEOFF movie inspired.
But the after result is a glowy radiant skin. ✨
Hi i am going to osaka. Do they have polo store in osaka?
I would love to experience a Japanese hair spa too. Can't wait for the next spa day~
is this a women only clinic?
❤️
Lived in London, Brussels & Malaga. That facial was a genuine BARGAIN!
wait until you hear what I pay for laser hair removal!!!!!
@@heratlas please make a video of it! In Honduras 🇭🇳 we pay approximately 60-80$ per area and they give you 5-7 sessions for that price
Oooh I see Pola everywhere, didn’t know that was going on in the back. 😂 I thought they were just selling creams. Gonna have to check it out!
In canada, this would cost around $160-180 CAD + tax and tip
In Denmark, a standard basic facial would probably start around 108 dollars; and that's like the most basic version without any luxury
Very inexpensive! I’m an esthetician and our 30 min facials start at $60 with add ons around $20 each. Which is very cheap!
Thank you for this awesome video. It looks like an hydrafacial, which costs me around 180€ in France (paris)! It is so unexpensive and I love it that they put sunscreen at the end 👌😊❤
Hi Caitlin! I was wondering if you could do a video or share some tips on travelling in Japan during Golden Week? Thank you! 🙏
Wow you weren't kidding about the glow ! ✨ Ps you're so cute with your tiny mic 🎙 😂 i feel like you're reporting for a news channel ! Love this
Happy Monday! This was such a fun video. I think the facial was a good price for all the procedures.😊
Here in Sweden your treatment with all the whistles and bells would’ve been well over 200$.
Yes please do the head spa! I love watching them on TikTok when they come across my FYP. They look so relaxing.
Hi from India,,, this is not expensive at all . We pay much more for so many steps in the facial😢
I love your videos, thank you for sharing! ❤
Wow I want to go now !!!

Oh also maybe try and set up a tripod and mic up instead of holding?? I was so worried for your arm, no wonder your shoulders are tense 😂
