This is so sad! People have just lost all respect for human lives! No morals anymore! It really sucks when someone as good as this man loses his life. Breaks my heart! Praying for his friends and family and everyone else that knew and respected him.

Hopefully they confess themselves. If not than the police will find out eventually more than likely. If he was shot they can trace the round once its taken out during autopsy by its manufactuer and who bought some and where. They can look up who in the area recently owns that type of fire arm and the exact rounds used. Usually they can determine how old the round is to see when it was manufactured too. The police have their methods of investigation.
