Waste OTR tire debeader Recycling Machine

This Waste OTR tire debeader is also called waste OTR Tire Bead Wire Removal Machine. It is used to remove the rubber from tire bead and get clean bead wires.
To compare with tire bead puller, it owns bellow advantages:
1. It is cost effective; it consumes less electricity than tire bead puller
2. The wire quality is better than the wire from puller because the wires still keep in round form and no rubber blocks stick on the wire. However, for waste tire puller, there will be always a small block of rubber still stick on the wire, and the wires are deformed. So, it can be sold as scraps only at very low value.
3. Our waste OTR Tire Bead Wire Removal Machine is more friendly to the user. Because its feedstock is tire bead which is very light. To compare with the puller, its feedstock is the whole tire, which is much heavier and more dangerous to the user.
