I feel like Toga was meant to be a hero. I think in the show and Manga is silently cheering the students on. I also believe she doesn't like to be controlled by people who don't even care for her.
Fr, if Toga were to become a hero I feel she would've been a great one, the only thing that made her seem like a villian was her not being able to control her feelings towards blood because of her quirk, she is a really cheery person and she deserved better

I would like to say something for those who do not know that manga just showed AFO Killed from bakgou him seft truly mad respect that hero he died and literally came back and then died from that white hair man at least he died with honest respect to the whole world👍
