in the past i was used to grind the RAMP VALORANT WARMUP by minigod on aimlab, into some stuff on range and deathmatch... I'd say try to focus on what u dont feel confident with and implement some training about it just before you grind comp (helps also mentally). But ye, grinding the game is always the best practice.
