  • This panel discussion showcases new lecturers from a range of disciplines, discussing how they navigated the process toward securing a lectureship as well as the experience of starting of a new academic role.
    Speakers shared their pathway to their lectureship including the application process through a range of recruitment practises and what they found helpful or surprising as they navigated this to their current position. This is followed by audience Q+A.
