Your message was so heart felt. God is so good. My life is a 360 from my battles when I was younger and the only person who has ever saved me was our Lord. Especially when we come from places of pain, our hearts are sensitive to such gratitude to what strengthens us. I go to my closet daily to do “my time” of meditation, stretching, etc. I dedicate that time for me to release my thoughts, energy, prayers to God. I shut off my closet lights, turn on my fairy lights and play serene music. It puts me in a place of humbleness and free from negative vibes. A safe place for me mentally. It helps me so much. If you have a moment, you can seek YT for “relaxing music” or “sleep music” and they can play for hours as you need it. I love it! Thank you for sharing such a wonderful vlog! Happy Holidays friend!
