ENOMA stands for 'Easygoing Native Outsiders Making Assessments'. We (Kirti & Savio) are a married couple from India.
We serve soulful, psychological and pure music reactions on a regular basis. We create LIVE, insightful, deep & honest reactions.
We are two counselors, teachers & stay-at-home parents who enjoy listening to music for the first time.
We take the time to give a good review of music that we listen to. We seek to understand a song's meaning.
We often venture deep into the heart of a song to share a honest, sincere & educated assessment on it.
We want you to have a great experience while watching our videos. And have a good time on our channel.
Our 'post-reaction analysis' is based on our educational background, life experiences, rich culture & passion for music.
As counselors, we are trained to observe & listen well. This helps us a lot during our reactions.
Savio is excellent at reading in-between the lines. People say that I have good listening & observation skills.

Some of the greatest lead guitar ever put to tape! Leslie West is a legend.
Mountain was actually from Long Island New York. The singer/guitar player was a big man, his guitar looked like toy. He had health problems because of his weight and later developed diabetes. He has been regarded as one of the great rock guitar players. The bass player, Felix Pappalardi, was an awesome player, unfotunately he was shot to death around 1983. The drummer, starting with this song and album was Corky Laing. He was the consumate rock drummer, had a great career after Mountain broke up in 1972. They did play at the original Woodstock(their 3rd actual gig as a group), but they were not shown in the movie.
The song is about a woman who taught him all about women and sex and uses the Mississippi River as the place and she’s his queen.
Just a quick story about the Cajun culture. Much more to it but here's the short version. Cajun people are a group of French origin who migrated from France to Canada many, many years ago. After refusing to swear allegiance to the British Crown they were expelled by the British They eventually ended up in Louisiana (or what is NOW the State of Louisiana) and over the years developed a distinct culture of their own.
Mississippi Queen (cajun lady)= riverboat, losing his bread = gambling, moves better on wine = getting drunk and partying. (alternate meaning) : )
Thank you for doing this song!
RIP Leslie West.
Theme for an Imaginary Western and Nantucket Sleighride are beautiful.
I'm shocked by being the first to like this.
Leslie West baby.
Slow Ride by Foghat
Definitely 🔥🔥🔥🔥FIRE. The great Leslie West on lead and guitar. One of the greatest guitarists ever sadly we lost him recently. Loved this in 1970, still do
Love that y'all review all kinds of music genuinely much love from Texas🤠🤘
I love to see your smiles generated by sounds and voices that you've never heard. I like your channel very much. You all seem very sweet.

Great reaction .... Nantucket Sleigh-ride is my favourite by Mountain :)
More accurate lyrics:
"Mississippi Queen"
Mississippi Queen, if you know what I mean
Mississippi Queen, she taught me everything
Way down around Vicksburg, around Louisiana way
Lived a Cajun lady, we called her Mississippi Queen
You know she was a dancer
She moved better on wine
While the rest of them dudes was a-gettin' their kicks
Buddy, beg your pardon, I was getting mine
Mississippi Queen, if you know what I mean
Mississippi Queen, she taught me everything
This lady she asked me if I would be her man
You know that I told her I'd do what I can
To keep her looking pretty
Buy her dresses that shine
While the rest of them dudes was a-makin' their bread
Buddy, beg your pardon, I was losing mine
You know she was a dancer
She moved better on wine
While the rest of them dudes was gettin' their kicks
Brother, beg your pardon, now I'm getting mine
Ohhhh, Mississippi Queen
Certainly this changes the analysis.
Big difference! Dudes were making bread while I'm losing mine is the clarifying line of this Mississippi Queen's profession
You think you know what MOUTIAN sounds like by listening to MISSASIPPI QUEEN , but you have only heard half of the range they offer..... Nantucket Sleighride shows off the other lead singer (Felix Pappalardi) Mountain had to offer!
To hear Lesli West and Felix Pappalardi sing together you MUST listen to FOR YASGER"S FARM, sweet and hard by turn through the song, very NICE!
Good song! You should listen to "Never In My Life" with the same band
Born in southern Louisiana (Cajun country)and raised in Mississippi. I live n Tennessee now.
I really enjoy this song. Thank you 🌟
All 3 southern states. Although Miss. and Louisiana are the deep south
Lord have mercy. Not all Americans are easy😥😱
This could be my new favorite reaction from Enoma.
Great analysis. Good music is universal.
I don't have to say this, but its great that all cultures get it ! and understand it !
Memorable is right
