@@seankgomotso Its like offered housing. It's basically like a reserved apartment only for UM students where you pay base rent for the area with a slight discount. It has a kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. Just be prepared to add 12k if not more a year onto whatever you end up paying for tuition.
You need 60 credits before you can move into the on campus apartments (thats about 2 years of classes unless you come in with course credit). You can request singles but they are def expensive. Also, the school is almost done building new dorms. Current situation though you’re right there’s not much privacy but freshman year nobody really cared.
