Dear ma ,my question is,under bust tightening and waist dart extension from UB in this video why is it different from Off shoulder video on bust tightening
If the person is busty come down by 2 inches below the underbust. If the person is not busty you do 3. But note that it's always good to measure for accuracy
Just coming across this and i really wish you can help respond ASAP ma. So for the shoulder tightening at the front panel, after drafting it and placed it on the back shoulder, it didn't match ma. 😢, what can i do. Since we didn't tightening the back shoulder
Please check your drafting well. The tightening was done on the body of the yoke not on the shoulder. But if in case you took some part of the shoulder away then you have to remeasure the shoulder and add it back. Note, the back and front yoke has to be equal ONLY at the shoulder
Thank you so much for the video. Please i want to know is the yoke tightening only applicable to straight bustier or it can also be use for princess armhole bustier and how do u do the yoke tightening for armhole princess bustier
Thank you so much Ma🤗 Please when cutting the lower bodice, do I use the back half length to cut for both ? Or do I use both the front and the back half length to cut the lower bodice? I am afraid it might not join well at the end.
If your gown length is 40 and your front waist length is 15, subtract 15 from 40 and you will have 25, you will use 25 to cut for both the front and the back lower bodice. So you are using the front half length not the back
@TataT10,just measure yourself or your client, from the front shoulder to the waist, write it down, and measure the back too, from back shoulder to the back waist, write it down.you will notice that the front waist length is longer.when you subtract the back from the front length, the answer will be your bust dart..
Mam yoke part comes tight . because its closed neck means not deep neck blouse.n you are giving d sleeve also.after wearing its pulls down n makes too tight in d yoje area.pls reply

Dear ma ,my question is,under bust tightening and waist dart extension from UB in this video why is it different from Off shoulder video on bust tightening
That is base on bust circumference, while that one is based on breast size.

Ma plz the overburd tighten u did . will it not affect our shoulder measurements
No ma it won't
Do I have to add allowance wen cutting it on fabric
Pls watch the sewing tutorial
Pls ma is there any standard measurement for bust dart incase it not measured and again will it still come out nice without the bust dart
If you didn't measure back waist length, you can use 1 or 1 and half inches.
Beautiful 🥰 🎉🎉
Thank you ma. My question is, after the overbust tightening which leads to the shoulder, won't it affect the across chest measurement of the client?
No ma. It wont
@@ModernWomanApparel ok ma. Thank you so much
Please ma'am, why is fine the front shoulder slope 1.5?
That's how it is because the front shoulder area is lower than the back part
Thank you so much Ma🤗

@@ModernWomanApparel sorry I meant to ask that what if it is am armhole bustier do we tighten the shoulder
Thank you for this ma
Can you tighten your straight yoke
I don't understand your question ma
Doesn’t the back needs tightening? I used to see some back yoke gapping
It doesn't ma, just follow the sewing techniques on the part 2
No idea how you got the different between the front waistline and the back waistline.

You mean the yoke is high neck?
@@ModernWomanApparel yes mam
@@veenamv6063 neckline line measurement is not constant it depends on how low or high your client want it. So it can be wider and deeper
Thanx alot mam
You are welcome
Thank you so much and God bless
Amen. Thanks for watching
So we not tightening the back neck line right?
No ma
