Bankrobber is one of my favourite clash songs and deserves to be far higher
Hi Daniel, yes it may well be higher in your list but not mine. i did also say at #15 that i loved all the Clash singles from here on in and that little separated them so with Bankrobber at #13 it could have quite easily have ended up top 5, thanks for watching and commenting mate - Lloyd
Well done Lloyd (Mr Hats), that was a great run through. Very difficult to rank, I started to think what mind would be and it’s soooooo hard! The Sandinista’s would rank a lot higher for me, but I’ll have to really give this a lot of thought. I agree Hitsville UK is terrible but I think The Call Up is great. Magnificent Seven is another turkey. Straight To Hell got no airplay in LA. London Calling is my favorite Clash single. I think Give Em Enough Crap is their weakest album. That is other than Cut The Crap. However I would rate This Is England higher than you did. I think it is great.
Hi Richie, i think i mentioned that i love 'this is england" but i did so another 14 singles, i guess they gotta go somewhere, glad you love that song too as many people hate everything from "cut the crap" (and for the most part, rightly so). - Lloyd
