It's 2024 and Maria meeting her mom came into my feed. What beautiful women these 2 are, inside and out. Wow! The loving energy radiates from the screen. And seeing your mom and dad. They are so so loving and beautiful. I'm so happy for you women to have grown up in a loving adoptive family and now reconnecting with your roots. Stay who you are. You are the women this world needs ❤❤❤
Maria's mother truly prayed to meet her, when she got the opportunity she grabbed it... making effort to go to Newyork, to have a relationship with the adoptive parents❤❤❤
My very favorite team from all the seasons. Their sister/best friend relationship really shined as they supported and celebrated each other, they way they looked at each other with love and the PDA in the best possible way.
I got the feeling, from watching this video, that Elizabeth did not keep in touch with her bio-Dad - or vice versa. Although he was in a photo when she says she has kept in touch with most of the relatives she met, there was no mention of him at all.
I feel Elizabeth had biases towards her bio dad because her mom had told HERSTORY which is always totally one-sided. I really enjoyed the show but I hope she gives herself a chance with her bio dad and his family.
The interesting thing about that which I found odd is that we the viewers never heard her Mom’s side 🤔 Elizabeth’s birth mother came from a semi wealthy family and it begs the question as to why she was given up for adoption. Neither her mother nor the grandfather ever addressed that. It was bizarre.
It did seem as though the red team were given an unfair advantage when that “random” soccer mom asked if they needed help in traffic, then gave them specific directions and said, “Good luck!” 🙄 Because literally no one would do that in real life 🤦🏽♀️
Sad how people thought it was unfair. But again you are there to meet family not win the 50k right. The red team contradicted themselves in a huge way and I never went for them.

Totally agree. It was very sad for see how she didn’t really give him a chance. Seem like a lot of preconceived notions due to her mother’s influence.
