A flawless sedan! I think LS is getting back on track! My 2010 460 base has very prominent wind noise at highway speed but has rear seat controls. The wind noise problem no longer applies to my 2015 460L. While she is a LWB loaded with ML audio and air-suspension, there is no rear seat controls (the only disappointment on this beauty)! One aspect I do notice is that the "Eco" mode has nothing to do with fuel economy but rather it mimics the smooth and quiet drive my 430 offers! Hope this thoughtful setting is preserved in LS 500! Btw Kirk, Although I am a fan of the LS, I always enjoy watching your informative review on all Lexus vehicles! Keep up with your good job! Just one question - What does the panoramic camera do? I cannot appreciate how it can be helpful in parking (None of my LS has that but parking is never a challenge...).
Our local dealer has an LS with the glass trim. I just saw it last weekend. Sticker was about $115K, ouch. I didn’t spend much time looking at it as there is no way I’d spend that much on an LS.
In the future I'll be testing other brands new cars. For now I am sticking with Lexus since I work there. If I were owning long term, I'd pick Lexus every time. Short term lease would be a tougher comparison.
I can't say if it is better since I haven't driven the new s class. The LS has always been more reliable by a mile, so I'd expect the same going forward.
@@KirkKreifels sorry I meant ambient lol. How's the ambient lighting inside the LS? I've seen a few night love vids and the ambient lighting looked pree disappointing:(
@@KirkKreifels that's the problem lool. To the mass audience (market) it ain't gonna work against all the German cars with those nightclub like interiors that look sexy as hell at night. Hell, even Americans cars are using the cool ambient lights in their cars and I'm sure u know which kind of ambient lighting majority of the ppl would happily choose😏
@M A M N you heard incorrectly. I said panoramic camera and panoramic view, which refers to the same thing. Panoramic sun roof is different. It's confusing and I appreciate you helping me out! 😊
I love how rare these LS are. I see S class and 7 series all day, but whenever I see one of these, my mouth drops open because it’s so stunning.
Thanks for the in depth comparison!
Thanks for watching!
I love all of your videos and you have become oe of my favorite youtube reviewers
Thanks Mack!
You are very welcome!! Keep doing what youre doing bro. We love it
And you dress great. Like a BOSS

thats because one of them is executive package interior thats it
Nope. No executive package. Those run a good 15k more than the luxury package.
LS460 is the best Lexus 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳💨💨
Glass option?

I'm dying to see one in person!
Can you please drive an S class and do a comparison? Also, as a question for right now, which car would you rather have?

The new s class is way better inside and out... until it breaks.

LEXUriouS Kirk yes very true. U should try to get your hands on a new s class... they are incredible but reliability is a major concern.
S class and 7 series are more reliable for the tow trucks
No doubt about that
That’s not a panoramic sunroof, its just dual sunroof my god
How's the burnt lighting at night in the Lexus LS?
Burnt?

@@workoutguru3211 all Lexus ambient lighting is very very subtle.

$98k and still has blank switches, I wonder what options are missing.
Also 4:49 the two blank switches left of the steering wheel next to the panoramic sunroof, why Lexus?
@M A M N panoramic view is also the 360 camera. Panoramic sunroof is different.
Ultra luxury(executive package) has butterfly adjustable headrests, ottoman for rear seat, massaging rear seats, and 22 way adjustable rear seats.

Nothing to be sorry about. Thanks for being a part of the channel!
