@@joeberry8111 Pepper spray sucks for everyone involved. Its a mess. Once it gets on the suspect, it will likely get on the officer during the arrest. It also gets in the air. Thats why a lot of departments have pepper spray 1st hand experience requirements to get certified to carry it on duty.

As far as the law is concerned police without a warrent can go anywhere the mail man is able to get to. So to keep them out you have to have a locked gate.
