This singer confirms how incredibly powerful Pat Benatar’s vocals are, and how hard it is to come close to duplicating her vocals.
Pat Benatar had A powerful voice. Hard to duplicate perfectly. The singer in the song did a very nice job!
Mostly she doesn’t, the high range is supplied by the backups and she doesn’t belt at all.
Very nice cover but of course the power of Pat Benatar's voice can't be duplicated.

I never cease to be amazed at you capture the sound and voices of the original artist , heartbreaker is awesome, Pat was a awesome 80s rocker with a dynamite back up band with one bad ass drummer, Myron Grombacher , whose style is perfectly represented here

It`s because that is what "they" push on us now.
Unless I've missed it, this appears to be your only Pat Benatar offering. Might I ever so gently suggest you consider her "All Fired Up" for some future cover? Searing lead guitar; driving four-on-the-floor drums with complementary bass line, and a harmonied chorus that doubles as a cool counter-melody in some of the verses - your ladies would tear that song up! (Nothing in it for your horn section, but maybe they could spend that time off working on The Becker Brothers "East River" or perhaps The Ides of March "Vehicle"...) Truly love all of the work you guys have done so far! Keep 'em coming!

This seems like a simple song to cover. It is not. this is the best of Pat Benetar and she is a beast. So with that in mind, here we go. Vocals.... not great but really good in a reasonable thing. Pat is simply much better. Guitar... good vibe but Neil does it so much better. This is why I do love covers... it comes close sometimes... and chasing the perfect recording is so much fun. I love this I really do...
