First fix your mental. Be calm for one, be in a constant state of calm. Know that nothing can or will ever kill you (whether your aim is good or not). This mindset will be constant whether you’re top fragging or in a 1v5 while consistently bottom fragging. Of course we are all human so we will always have our down times. But things that can help with your mindset are things like increasing your game sense, cross hair placement etc. (knowing where your enemy most likely could be helps you keep calm as with this knowledge, you naturally have a plan) and of course being confident in your aim helps with being calm and I can’t simply just say aim train lol but yeah aim train
