Some facts about this art:
You get all 4 skills at 20 lvl (PC only)
2nd skill duration is 35 seconds BUT if you guard brake with it, dura will be lowered to 25 seconds, so its not possible to activate 2nd phase after it (without glitchy cd)
Compared to other counters, flute 4th skill cant negate any type of stun, but it can negate the damage one time
