@@wailamwong7834 地盤細,無法啦!半層一間房,總比一層一間房好。有不少英國屋,因為地盤細,一層只有一間房。我見過一個四房屋,有五層高。多樓梯,的確唔理想,不過三十幾歲樓下可以考慮,視乎價錢。這間屋裝修頗新,算唔錯。

其實都唔係咁差,地下間房攞黎做工作室或者遊戲房都得,客廳同飯廳分開就唔洗聞油煙味,屋企下面啲房斜頂就在所難免,最衰係樓梯多,唔實用,同埋高速高路邊😫

That house design is a " split level". It is not a popular design today, it works better for a larger house.

加拿大也是用 這種煤氣爐/電爐,煤氣很便宜,是整天開著的,因為天氣凍,洗白白 洗手 洗碗 常有熱水才好。
