Read analog readings from sound sensor with arduino

Assalam-o-alikum, today we are going to connect the sound sensor KY-038 with arduino uno. We will take the digital readings as well as the analog readings from this module. So, total we have 4 codes today with the first two codes to take readings from sensor and the 3rd code to control led and 4th code to control servo motor.

Hi. Could anybody please post a build of Arduino decibel meter for an Airgun with shown Max last reading. Small size would be preferable, possibly Arduino Nano and Oled screen. Most Android Phone Apps don't work correctly as the phone kills the Microphone sensitivity automatically and sampling isn't fast enough. Thanks in advance. Good Video BTW.
