Hi James. I don't like brandy either...... but I do like the fine satin walnut joinery on this boat... (less cad'ish) particularly the nice mitre detail on the top of the doors/drawers of the credenza/s......nice. See, we do notice. :) Lovely work Fairline joinery boys/girls. Love the bar too.... but no drink! Sheesh. S
I prefer the walnut gloss finish James, but I prefer the sock sofa in the master bedroom as I have some nice warm Nordic merino wool socks to keep my feet warm when it's cold like today, enjoy your socks James 😊
I can’t make up my mind whether the high gloss, or the satin, looks best. The high gloss seems a bit ‘in-yer-face’, while the satin is more understated. Decisions, decisions…I’ll have one of each, James (one for the Med, the other for the south coast). Start up the paper-work dear boy and put the sock sofa back won’t you, there’s a good chap. I saw where you weren't very polite to another Videographer That was trying to Do a tour of 1 of the yachts. I'm never known People to be rude like you did Of course I'm from the south You British people are a different breed
I suppose you could have satin in the cabin and gloss in the saloon. Couch in, storage out. Reason being they are very comfortable to sit on, especially after a hip replacement, becuase you need to be careful with the hips movements for a few months afterwards they tell you.
Prefer the Satin, it's more elegant I believe. Loved the socks.

Can one have gloss on deck and satin below? If I was choosing one, satin. But if buying with the option a combination.

I would definitely go for the satin. But I would not go for the extra storage, in either the saloon or the master. Will start saving more money now.
