I still remember those time when Nepalese believed him to be a living Buddha lol something I noticed of Nepalese ppl is that they can be very friendly n welcoming but can’t say they can be honest n reliable bc they are like wind. They just move where the wind blows. So when the news was local many local ppl were in state of confusion but When the word spread in the media that he was meditating under the tree for days months n years ppl started considering him a living Buddha for years probably till now 😂

First of all know the reincarnation theory properly and speaks your thoughts wisely. Every culture has their own culture and beliefs and since you specify Tibetan, their meaning of reincarnation and the process doesn’t happen in a normal citizen as you mentioned in your statement about claiming to be” dead father”. Tibetan culture do not go around looking for their past relatives. Reincarnation process takes place among high lamas and they are not reborn to claim something.
