Hi, is there on the left side any screw from the bottom or just more power is needed? It seems that you have 2.0 tsi as well where the left side seems to be more complicated than the right side. I don’t want to broke mine too :) thx for info!
Do you mean on the passenger side? It's pretty much the same. Driver side it's open because there's an additional cooling radiator behind it, passenger side it's closed but it's removed the same way, would need some sort of a plastic wedge to pry the cover out :)
The driver side :) the passenger side was easy to remove, but the driver side hold like it is holded by the screw. Same situation in my case with the additional cooler on driver side.
@@michalsima90 It's exactly the same as on the passenger side, the cover is only held by few clips, it's just dirt can get in between and that's what makes it so difficult to remove. Try with a trim tool and carefully wiggle, hopefully the dirt can clear off and it comes out without problems :)
Hi, apologies for the late response. The bulbs that I used are Ledson Xtreme DX, it's a LED conversion kit, I believe they are a Swedish manufacturer, but not quite sure. What you need is a LED kit that fits the right xenon socket, in this case it's D3S type socket. There are no warnings on the dashboard and no error codes either.
@@evo210749 Hi, they are not blue actually, not sure why it is showing like that on the camera, it's on the white side, would not say pure white either though xD Unfortunately there's no information about the kelvin on the box or on their website :(
@@arjunm.v2141 The headlights have LED kit installed that is made for the D3S xenon socket, since the car originally had D3S xenon lights, and for the fog lights is a H8 normal halogen bulb that is emitting white light instead of yellow 🙂
I've got the same colour but hatch style. Dragon 🐉 Skin Green. Currently running stage 1 tune, in Australia, 232kw atw with 420nm of torque. It flies. If you can, post a link of the lights you got in description. I run Intergrated Engineering V2 intake too, lots off turbo noises lol 😆. Turbo inlet and turbo muffler delete, resonator delete straight piped stock exhaust with valves coded open via obdeleven pro.
That was a great idea about posing a link where i bought the light bulbs from, but unfortunately cannot find it :( Still new to this and hopefully next time will not forget :) I'm planning to get an ECU tune some time in the summer if everything goes as planned :)
Good video! Can you share how to replace the beam headlight?

I ordered bullvision LED for my octavia 3 instead of xenon.
I hope it will be better than xenon.
Thx mate😉
@@evo210749 Should be better, as long as you've ordered for the right xenon socket :)
Hey what led bulbs r you using inside the projector in your headlights. Is it H7?
