Totally agree, I heard a long time ago, I'm a boomer, if you are ever in doubt about food being safe for human consumption, offer it to a cat. If they will eat it, you're good to go, but if they do like what Neelix did, not eat it. You shouldn't either.
"Take the small one because it reminds you of your ex" was not the burn I expected to hear from Tyler but the burn I needed to hear. That was so genuine, it probably physically burnt the poor guy.
Million dollars in cars and playing video games with a supermodel before bed. I'm not sure school boy Freddy could have even dreamed of such grand accomplishments.
I can't believe Sonic won. They used to have good chicken strips but they changed and were horrible the last time we had Sonic, which is the last time we've had Sonic.
We have so many of the fast casual chicken places now. We have Zaxby's, Canes, Huey Magoos and now a Slim Chickens and then add all the fast food places too, Chick-fil-A, Bojangles, Popeyes, Churches, KFC, plus the gas stations are selling chicken. It is not safe to be a chicken in the south, it is destined to end up a chicken wing or a tender.
April, Church's are always in the darkest, most dangerous parts of town. Yes, I'll have a 2 PCs, and then get robbed in the drive thru! You're not missing anything April.❤
This brought back my "Worst Meal" memory. Long story shortened, out 4AM on a fishing boat, drinking beer and starving. Finally, I talk my buddy into calling it a "day". We come through a small town about 7:30AM I am ready to eat a horse and chase the rider. We order breakfast, and I get scrambled eggs with .... Ready? ..... particles of grill cleaning brick! I was so hungry I ate it, but never again. I must have pissed someone off or something.
I can tell you EXACTLY what happened with the disgusting and chewy tenders. They sat in the warming drawer forever before they were given to you. Whoever worked at those places should have tossed them, not sold them. Worked at a Wendy's for a few years in the past, and that rubbery, chewy, disgusting flavor is what happens to fried chicken when it gets old.
:D :D Awesome episode! :D It's either this or the taco bell episode that's the best :D With the haunted house coming in third place. Maybe this needs to be a fast food channel!
April I know what you feel about talking with food in your mouth, my grandad, grandmother, aunt, and both my parents would tell us off when we were young and even now I am the same with my children.
Raising Canes is my absolute favourite when I have the opportunity. I purposely make it part of a vacation during a road trip, if it is a possibility. Zaxby’s is a great second.
Slim chickens is not over all over the country, i’ve lived in three major cities in multiple states given all In New England or the mid Atlantic but there is none of them here
If you hadn't taken all the fun out of it watching him, Nelix would have made a choice and scampered! Deep fried breaded chicken can be a thing of joy or it can be a disaster- being 30 seconds delayed getting to a fryer with it's timer going off can give you a batch with hard crusts and rubbery insides, not rotating your stock to keep all of it fresh , changing the brand of egg whites- there are a lot of ways to "not get it right". Personally, an old friend does the best cracklin' good fried chicken and chicken fried steaks a little at a time, in the world; Ranch dressing would be gilding the lily and insulting her gravy. For the record my mom passed years ago and my two exes don't talk to me anyway.
I knew it was Sonic when I saw it, and I knew it would be the best because it is. Sonic is amazing. Great value, everything is awesome. Shakes are off the chain. Burgers? Delicious! Spice fries are great, avoid the tots, although you can get them loaded. I feel like I'm a salesman now and I really dont like fast food in general, but Sonic is always my go to. I wish they would bring back Cole slaw I used to get it on the footlong Coney. Oh, and try that too!
There are a few Chicago locations, probably about 14-15 locations, one right off the Dan Ryan at 79th st.,the one I’ll stop at on the way home from work. Love church’s chicken, cheap too! , I’ll have to try their tenders now.
Must be a bad restaurant or a bad batch. Chicken Strip Dinner is literally the only food I actually like from Dairy Queen (Not counting ice cream of course). And the gravy is my favorite part. You can also get gravy with your chicken strips at Sonic.
We have had one of the best fast food chains in america since 1950 in Texas. The name is Whataburger. You will have Patrick Mahomes to thank when you receive locations this year. Everything there is incredible... with the exception of the disgusting chicken strips and their new "so-called" chicken wings. Which are actually the disgusting chicken strips in a smaller size. I can't believe they tried to pull that over on people. I'm certain that you will add them to your list once you have tried them.
I'm from europe and I always heard that KFC is the worst fast food chain in US. Is it true tho? In europe it depends on country. I'm from Poland and here KFC is really good but once I tried it in France thinking KFC is KFC, what could go wrong. And everything was wrong, it was so awful I'd never eat it again. But here in Poland it's actually pretty good. Not many competitors tho, we don't really eat fried chicken and KFC is the only well known place that sells it.
Being European I dont care for American fast food at all! I have a small farm here in Georgia {USA} & raise chickens, goats, hogs, ducks & cows the past 40+ yrs! My grandfather came from Warsaw to Augsburg Germany in the 1930s & I came to the States in the mid '70s ✌💖☮
Church’s are in Chicago but not on the south side that I grew up in or the far south side that April grew up in. I’ve only had it on the north west side of Chicago north of the Eisenhower/290 expressway.
The talking about ranch reminds me as a kid I went to a camp at the University of Nebraska and as a child from Texas when I saw chicken tenders at the dining hall with a white sauce with specks in it I assumed it was gravy, it was not, it was ranch and I've always hated ranch lol
Tyler says...@11:40 for once there's not something weird going on ....the whole segment was super weird 😂😂 candles helped add a touch of odd ritual to it 😂😂😂
I don't know if there are any Long John Silvers near them, but if you want fantastic tenders, that's the place to go. It's because of them that I ask for tartar sauce whenever I get nuggets from McDonald's.
Even Nelix has standards!
Here with my sick 11 year old watching. She is a huge chicken tender fan, so this was fun to watch with her. Thank you both.
Million dollars in cars and playing video games with a supermodel before bed.
I'm not sure school boy Freddy could have even dreamed of such grand accomplishments.
The hard hitting news we're all waiting for. Love it!
She is 'Carry On' level of innuendo , I love it !
Ooh, what a lovely pear 😂😂
Tyler Hoover is the Gordon Ramsay of Kansas 😂❤
The Humor between U 2 is amazing, Great video guys.
Side note, Popyes chicken and The Kentucky Kernal is 2 favs here in Detroit.
Another great story line, with 98% of people get chicken wings at least once a month (or more).
3 looks like 3 members 😮
I can't believe Sonic won. They used to have good chicken strips but they changed and were horrible the last time we had Sonic, which is the last time we've had Sonic.
I still eat sonic's but they're my least favorite, dairy queen is definitely much better
I'm pretty sure it depends on the Sonic because I know the Sonic around where I live sucks
@@coyster530 This applies to DQ too I think. When its bad its really bad
I can’t believe I’ve just watched you eat chicken for 18.54 minutes 😂 - hi from the UK
"I wanna see if you can take the whole thing" - April Rose 2024 😂
That was April’s best line of the show. Hoovie’s “reminds you of your ex” was the best line of the show period.
Love the channel, Tyler!! I hope April's leg is all healed up soon. =)
Could’ve taken this taste test in the back of the Maybach.
If Freddie's comes out as bad, I'm going to tell my niece to quit working for you. Then YOU'LL have to replace a good manager. LMAO! 🤣😂
Thanks for the fun food review... What a team. From Portland, Oregon
Shame they don’t have a Culvers (yet). They have some underrated chicken fingers.
I got a Culvers chicken sandwich one time and wasn't impressed. Maybe their tenders are better.
Such a strong beginning but no happy ending. Too bad no Chik Fil A or Raisin Cane
Canes savior is their sauce otherwise their chicken is meh.
We have so many of the fast casual chicken places now. You two are so awesome. Love your show. You made me laugh today.
I saw and immediately, "That is Popeyes" as well. Their breading is distinct. But gotta eat it fresh. Once cools, nope.
April,
Church's are always in the darkest, most dangerous parts of town.
Yes, I'll have a 2 PCs, and then get robbed in the drive thru!
You're not missing anything April.❤
Yes for sure they are in Chicago mainly in the hood
I like that you included the prices.
Hoovie made her play Star Wars on Valentines day😂 He doesn't look like an uber chad........

Y'all are amazing. Don't ever stop doing this.
Great chemistry! Keep videos comming!
Good episode, funny and fun. Also solid reviews.
:D :D Awesome episode! :D
It's either this or the taco bell episode that's the best :D With the haunted house coming in third place.
Maybe this needs to be a fast food channel!
😏 The waiter looked disgruntled 😂
Chick-fil-A is the hands down winner.
April I know what you feel about talking with food in your mouth, my grandad, grandmother, aunt, and both my parents would tell us off when we were young and even now I am the same with my children.
It's so fun watch you both try all the chicken
Raising Canes is my absolute favourite when I have the opportunity. I purposely make it part of a vacation during a road trip, if it is a possibility.
Zaxby’s is a great second.
I used to love Popeyes, but the last time I had their tenders I ended up throwing up for two days...salmonella! Never again!
Really surprised that Braums wasn't in the group.
Gravy was the giveaway.
Carl's/Hardee's are also disappointing with more breading than tender.
Churches left Chicago land back in the late 1980's.
People love Raising Canes because they haven’t had Chicken Express before. Chicken E is far superior.
I've yet to find a chicken tender I actually *like* - if it's not on the bone, it's not happening.
yes they have churches in Chicagoland area. Arlington Hts rd and Devon Rd Elk Grove Village
So Funnny... Thanks for the great show. Just enough Nelix.
Love the fun, made me laugh throughout the video
Slim chickens is not over all over the country, i’ve lived in three major cities in multiple states given all In New England or the mid Atlantic but there is none of them here
Tyler and his sexual innuendos lol
Now, does April know her way around a pound cake?
Dairy Queen probably was in the freezer for years..
Knew the Popeyes ones immediately, but you got the mild tender... Try the spicy next time!
He is sitting next to the Spicy one!
For SURE!!!

You can't do that when testing across brands. They MUST be all the same.
You guys crack me up.

You guys are hysterical!
Hooptie Tenders!
My 13 year old stepson hates fast food with a passion and only eats KFC tenders when out and about. Like seriously dude?? Love him anyway!!
I knew it was Sonic when I saw it, and I knew it would be the best because it is. Sonic is amazing. Great value, everything is awesome. Shakes are off the chain. Burgers? Delicious! Those breakfast toasters /square things they have are so damn good.. and their shakes are always perfect …
All fast food is pretty bad and disgusting these days and not worth the money to be honest
Tyler, after this she is bound to say yes, get down on your knee brother
Some of April's inuendo comments are hilarious.
Pink slime has beaks, talon ligaments, cloaca tendons and neck jowls
This was great! Please do more like this!
The best sauce at McDonald's is the combination of sweet and sour with bbq.
Just finished lunch and watched this. Thank God I have a cast iron stomach 🤣🤣🤣
Sweet & Sour...YES!
"It's Like I Made You In A Computer!" ~ Wade Wilson ( pre-Deadpool )
Guess I'll be heading to Publix for some tenders for lunch
You two are cute together. Can't wait to see what your kids look like!
Should have had some buckets on standby. 😀
Dairy Queen bought those tenders in 2012. Thus the low price…
There are a few Chicago locations, probably about 14-15 locations, one right off the Dan Ryan at 79th st.,the one I’ll stop at on the way home from work. Love church’s chicken, cheap too! , I’ll have to try their tenders now.
Warren Buffett owns Dairy Queen, bet he raises hell with his chicken staff?
GMY going after Good Mythical Morning's schtick. Spicy!

Like a couple of teenagers together, I love it!
Every single one. Price plus ingredients plus American food regulations and you know it’s trash
Church’s are in Chicago but not on the south side that I grew up in or the far south side that April grew up in. I’ve only had it on the north west side of Chicago north of the Eisenhower/290 expressway.
There are a few on the south side, one is right off the DanRyn. Maybe 83rd st?
Love church’s!
Alooooha, Tyler & April
The talking about ranch reminds me as a kid I went to a camp at the University of Nebraska and as a child from Texas when I saw chicken tenders at the dining hall with a white sauce with specks in it I assumed it was gravy, it was not, it was ranch and I've always hated ranch lol
This is like a Cheech and Chong movie
We have churches chicken in Chicago. You don’t want to go to the neighborhoods they’re in.
Canes is the best.
I knew those were Dairy Queen the second I saw them. But I won't lie I fricken loooove Dairy Queen tenders 😅😅
Tyler says...@11:40 for once there's not something weird going on ....the whole segment was super weird 😂😂 candles helped add a touch of odd ritual to it 😂😂😂
Frank Purdue looked kind of like… never mind
When you get over your fascination with listicles I'll come back. Still a fan of Hoovies Garage
Yes, Chicago has Church's Chicken.
PDQ needs to be here
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣The end up part for The Candle
Dairy Queen has gravy 7:23
I would have sooner seen who makes the best chicken tenders.
Chicago has at least 20 Church's.
Cane’s is the new upcoming chicken tender king.
April you don't remember on Jan 8 1993 two robbers shot and kill 7 employees in Palatine Illinois?
Yes. Those were infamous murders at a Church's location.
Brown's chicken.
Yes. I was wrong. Thank you.
Fun review but you have to admit, tenders don't travel well.
I don't know if there are any Long John Silvers near them, but if you want fantastic tenders, that's the place to go. It's because of them that I ask for tartar sauce whenever I get nuggets from McDonald's.
There are 12 Church's in Chicagoland.
Hardee’s and Carl Jrs. Are phenomenal at their tenders.
I knew all of them except for churches in slim chickens because I've never had either one of those
This is disgusting chicken tender brands in the Midwest.
