Hello Digital Friends if you want to watch more skateboarding content you should consider to watch my kickflip video 🤘🏼 ruclips.net/video/IDBKADJvoDg/видео.html
This is so sick, I've been skating for almost a year and I still can not ollie over a piece of wood like you did in the beginning. I wish I could progress as fast as you :0
Oh man, tearing ligaments is so terrifying! Congrats on getting the ollie down so quick, tho, I'm very interested in seeing you possibly getting back to skateboarding! :P
mate, braille are scientologists. respect for following your passion and learning the ollie and for a cool video, but please don't give them the extra publicity (it's not like they need it anyway)
I still can't ollie while moving. I can do them stationary decently, but once I start moving, go for the pop, the board flies forward rolling. I try to "lean forward", but idk just can't get it. Hope you're healed up, though! I've been there before with needing crutches & a boot (not caused by skateboarding).
Damn my friend...don't give up. I think you can do it and it's just about the commitment (which is the scariest part). Thank you! It healed up completely and I've already uploaded the next skateboarding video. I would love to have your feedback on this ;)
Lack of patience and street skating don't gel well. I've learned "baby steps" is the way to go. I simple acknowledged that I'm a slow learner (already knew this) and my progress has steadily increased. If a busted ankle necessitating a crutch is worth learning something asap...then it's worth it to you?
I was expecting to see a very much less progressed ollie. That was some rad ollieing. I've started trying to learn the ollie about a year ago and I'm still crap at them.
@@Felbify You'll get there fast enough friend. Mine are still crocked and off to the side no matter the amount of time I spend trying to get them more straight xD.
Hope you’re all healed up! I think you should go through all the basic tricks and try to describe you experience as you learn the trick. It really talented w/o a doubt so it’d be cool to get you prospective as you learn
I call the movement you do after smashing your board against your chins "the dance". It happened so often and I am always scared it happens again but the other people have the advantage of seeing my "dance". Cheers fellow shin smashers.
Him: "Interested in all boards, skateboards, longboards, and even snow boards." Me: Is surfing a thing? (One of my favorite sports along with paintball and skateboarding.)
@@Felbify No prob! Its super fun and a lot easier than doing an ollie! PS I just landed my first ollie over a stick and over anything! Thanks for making the encourageing vids, thats what got me to do it!
Wow, amazingly u got the Ollie.. nice, I’m committing on concrete today!!! But surprisingly, the pop shuvit may have been the next trick to learn... kick flip noooooo 😂
Maybe because I've learned to ride a longboard in advance. I feel like skateboarding is all about commitment and the acceptance to fall on your bottom.
Let me tell ya sth. You did a very good olllie after an hour or so but doing a moving ollie the next day over a board is just mindblowing. I ve been struggling with much lower obstacles while rolling for 3 weeks now since the standing ollie is ok. And one more thing. The flicking of the kickflip was so good and you just wasnt lucky enough because if you were that day - yes - you would have landed it after another 20 minutes...
Thank you for your kind message! Strangely enough, I even found the Ollie a bit easier while rolling. My ankle is now healed, so I will try the kickflip again soon. Thank you for the motivation ;)
@@FelbifyHow is it going for you ... I finally managed to do the rolling ollie over around 15 cm obstacle. It took me 6 weeks. Anyways when you consider the fact that I am 44 and have been not excercising at all for last 15 years, I think it is not too bad :) . Looking forward to your new skate videos.
I could give you a few, although considering this was 4 months ago, you might’ve figured it out. Try to put more weight on your front foot, (the one near the front bolts) and try to stay on your toes. Remember to bend your knees, and pop STRAIGHT down. Pop at an angle, and your board will fly from under you. And when you jump, try to bring your knees all the way to your chest. That’ll help you land a higher Ollie
Anyone know how to actually get a board off the ground? I just jump in the air and come back down on the board like nothing happened, board doesn’t move.
Hello my friend, first you have to get the tail of your board to pop by pushing your back foot to the ground. When you hear the pop jump up and let the side of your front foot slide on the griptape towards the nose. In the air you bring your feet and the board back to the same height. I hope this helps you a little bit.
Find curb. Roll to curb, ollie curb, onto grass, wipe out on grass. Don't wear your Sunday clothes. Mind the variables : speed and foot placement. Find a combo that works for you while eating grass and repeat it and eat more fucking grass. When you land on the board a few times wipe your face from all that grass and try it on pavement. You will want to slow down from your established speed, try not to. A reaaaallly slow ollie is way more dangerous when you're not good at them. Practicing too slow will only make you more unstable as you crouch down and pop, especially on a shit surface. You can get away with very slow practice on a perfect road but look at people practicing their ollies on youtube when they are going slower than walking speed, it looks like a disaster waiting to happen with a bunch of shaking and boards flying out from under people. I'm not saying push as hard as you can either. Walking speed is enough. Start from there after the grass and increase a bit after a few decent ones. You will very soon realize that when you bail you just run it out and it's fine. You'll find a combo of speed and foot placement that works for you on pavement and you're ollying. Confidence waning, frustration setting in? Back to the grass for a pit stop and try again.
I hope no one watches this and feels disheartened. This is fake. To those that aren’t beginners this guy is very clearly over exaggerating his kick outs on day one, then claims he watched videos and came back with the absolute perfect technique and muscle memory.. no chance. And no one goes straight to moving ollies over objects, ollie moving and stationary and different motions and require different weight distribution, again he did not magically appear on day 2 with this muscle memory. He also clearly has multiple used boards. These videos are detrimental to beginners who may feel disheartened with their progress in comparison to this fake crap.
THANK YOU!!! As a beginner currently in the process of learning ollies there is absolutely zero fucking way he hasn't done this before. I don't care what he says, you do not go from "never stepped on a board" to perfect boned out rolling ollies in 24 hours. It takes months of regular practice to build that muscle memory.

Try leaning a bit forward when you want to pop . Your board is flying in front of you because your body moves the otherway
bruh no joke, your editing and lighting makes you look like you have at least 200k subs. and a really nice thumbnail!
this deserves so many more views the editing is so good 🙁
I'm currently battling my rolling ollie right now too
Keep practicing...I'm sure you'll land the ollie 🤘🏼

Thank you my friend! Yes it healed up and the next skate video will be coming soon.
MRI for a rolled ankle? Dude, where do you live, lol? When we roll our ankles we drink paracetamol :D
you have a very nice way of speaking.
Thank you for the flowers 😀
I have a question, would it be convenient to skate with this type of anklet to avoid injury?
