Sting vs Mean Mark Callous 1v1 never happened but they might have been involved in a tag match during a house show or two. In 1990, Sting was set to defeat Flair for the World Heavyweight Championship but suffered a knee injury during a cage match involving Ric Flair vs Lex Luger, remember the Robocop angle. By the time Sting came back from his injury and defeated Flair for the title, Mean Mark Callous had left and signed with Vince and became The Undertaker during The Survivor Series in November 1990.

It sorta did happen. The Undertaker was going by Mean Mark Callous. It was back in the 80s I believe. Either Smoky mountain or NWA.
