    Description: I get many emails on a daily basis asking me about everything from health anxiety, to starting an exercise program, to fear of flying. So I thought why not take the most asked questions to the anxiety guy email, and create a Q & A Video on it.
    I know you'll find some of these questions and answers relatable to your life right now, as many anxiety sufferers in the world are confused and upset. Upset that they can't find someone who understands what health anxiety is, and what they're going through. Upset that they don't have control over their own minds, and therefore experience debilitating panic attacks and depression.
    The Anxiety Guy RUclips channel if there for you. A place where you can watch, listen and learn ways through your health anxiety and other mental health challenge. As a CBT practitioner and Life Coach Dennis provides the quickest path from going from a life of fear, to a life of freedom. But first you must have the talk with yourself.
    Many people start an online anxiety program, try a new exercise program, a new diet thinking that will change their unconscious programming. Unfortunately nothing good will manifest in an anxiety sufferers life until the toxic inner stuff is replaced with the a new perception. Our beliefs lead to our behaviors, and we must stand guard at the doorway of our mind as thoughts fly in and out of our consciousness.
    If I can overcome a debilitating life of anxiety, recognize the signs,. and get to the point of being fed up with my life ans saying no more, so can you. Enjoy The Anxiety Guy video, and I look forward to your questions at www.anxietyexit....

    I struggle with a form of Anxiety. It's been tough ,one night I had a panic attack and I was never the same after that. I didnt realize it was possible to feel this way. I didnt understand it at first ,I thought I was going to die everyday and now Im in a back and forth mind set. One day i can deal with the symptoms and other days I feel I cant deal with it. Ive had tests done and everything comes back fine but I feel the doctor's don't understand and are missing something. I over think everything. My main symptoms are feeling im walking on jello or something it feels really weird, i have a dizzy rocking boat sensation everyday and it sucks. i can't understand it i dont feel stressed i wake up and boom feel all this automatically. some days i can deal but when i cant im laying down and trying to sleep all day so i don't feel it.Sleep is usually my escape.I hope you have heard of this kind of Anxiety. I basically diagnosed myself with health anxiety and no doctor has told me it. A counselor i was seeing said i experience physical symptoms but didnt exactly say I had health anxiety. She understood for the most part though that its definitely real. I want this to change. my faith is really being tested.

    Do you think you can touch the fear of becoming crazy and over analyzing ones actions to see if they are "sane". Really struggling at the moment. Thank you

      To identify a NAT (Negative Automatic Thought) you must record your thoughts when they are in a situation that gives you trouble. Once you are able to recognize your NATS, as they occur, you can start challenging them.

    Hi Anxety guy, hope it's okay if I ask a question here. So this question is really complex and a tricky one, and defindly not one with just one answer. Anyways, how did you find the balance between going to the doctor or not? For example then I'm really worried I have a brain tumor because of some various symptoms. My doctor says not to worry, but the symptoms are just getting too much. Should I just get an MRI scan, or should I trust my doctors words?

      Frederik Sandberg get the test done, put your mind at ease, and if there's any lingering anxiety after, work on changing the identity you've given yourself. It wasn't until I replaced the idea of thinking of myself as and anxious person, that things changed. I unfortunately was always caught in a back and forth battle. Which side of my mind to listen to, the one that confirms I'm healthy, or the one that thinks I might be physically sick. This kept a pattern of endless tests going. Get checked, get it out of the way, move on with your beautiful life. And subscribe ;)

    • @MrFizzfred
      @MrFizzfred 7 лет назад +2

      Okay. I'll maybe get it done. Sadly I can't just get a test done where I live, without good reason for it. But I'm going to a neurologist in a week, guess I should discuss it with him. After all he's an expert on that area :)

    How do u overcome anxiety that is caused by a real health problem. I have visual disturbances that doc cannot figure out and r caused maybe by the brain they think or possibly rare condition called visual snow. This has caused anxiety with high bp and heart racing due to constant visual disturbances in my vision when in light situations in or out. Lights are bright to me to the EXTREME. Have some eye issues diagnosed but not related to what i experience in the vis disturbances. Docs believe its real....jus do not know what causes it.

    • @TheAnxietyGuy1

      Ann Keisler First thing that came to my mind was an over sensitization of your senses which can be caused by chronic fatigue and emotional depletion. Most health problems manifest because of emotional traumas that have been stored in the body and not dealt with. My 2 cents.

    • @awc8270
      @awc8270 6 лет назад

      The Anxiety Guy . so if that is the case oversensitization from chronic fatigue........do ur ways to overcome the panic fear anxiety, work in my situation? I am in a constant adrenaline anxiety state due to visual disturbances and extreme sensitivity to any light. My life is nothing and im ready to try to calm myself down somehow but not sure if ur ideas apply. I cant sleep due to being jolted awake in fear i guess and i feel like my body is trembling inside when i lay down to sleep but no visual sign of actually shaking. How wud i apply ur ideas to my specific problems? I fear even goin outside in sun cuz i know my vis dist will manifest and or fear looking out my house windows due to same. And yes i havent slept in years literally im in such a fear mode of the next day events. Any help is apprec. Im desperate. Not sure what u mean about emotional state being a contributing factor and how to handle. I dont know of any emotional trauma that has happened to me. Thanks so much!!! For responding.

      lee stan - you cant clump everyone into the same category as your visual dist and say "accept it and move on". What doesnt scare you might scare me. Thanks for your input. Im currently seeking help from Dennis
