The Band-Maid awesomeness "Bubble" is expanding across the land... and that's a good thing because, other than their incredible music, to me they represent decency and joy -- things the world can always use more of. Thx, Sid!
Very generally. From 2013 they had a pop/punk or Classic rock sound up to the album Just bring It 2017. This slowly progressed through to more hard rock culminating in the album world Domination 2018. The Conqueror album of 2019, we know now, was a sort of a transition to the new style of the Unseen World album 2021. Except for one track- Manners, which is more bluesy rock, is a hard rock/metal album. There are many more details which folks will pick out, but I've kept this as a simple guide for you. There are many personal things about the band members that you will find over time- Lead singer Saiki's reserved nature, Backing vocals/guitar Miku's magic spell time, Lead guitar- Kanami's crush on Saiki, Bass- Misa's Jim Beam/Beer and Drums- Akane's eating habits. Enjoy (UK)
Be aware that with Band-Maid that they do not stick to one type of music! They like to change things up and mix and match different types of music in the same song... overall, it's part of their signature musical style....thanks..Peace & Respect from Canada
Not only my fave Band Maid song, but in my top 10 all time fave songs! dbl ♥ You should really check out The Warning. They're 3 sisters from Mexico Maybe start with their song - Money? BTW - both bands are friends & fans of each other.
Thanks for the suggestions! I've added one song from each band to my watchlist and will check them out when I get the chance. If you have specific suggestions let me know 😄✌️
You didn't watch the other BAND-MAIKO video, 'Gion-Cho'. You should go back and watch it, as well as the Post-COVID Clampdown April Fool's Day Joke, Miku Goes SOLO as Cluppo.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment! I'm filming new reactions right now and this one is top of my list for Band-Maid! I'm working through the videos on their channel from oldest to most recent if you wanna know what's coming next and after that wanna check out random live performances and other related artists 😂
Every reaction you do you always seem to say it doesn't sound like some of their harder or other stuff. It's your reaction channel and obviously your opinion. But does every song have to sound like Metallica and Anthrax ? You know they used to say variety is the spice of life. You don't have to pigeonhole them or put them in a corner to label them. That's not what this group is about. They mix a whole bunch of different genres. As long as they don't include rap I'm happy with it.
